This video and 808 day couldn’t have came at a better time. I’ve been searching for the right 808 to finish up my beat. I just started to make beats seriously and have been experimenting with a lot of sounds but the one sound I’ve been missing is a ground shaking 808. Something when you put on stereo speakers it vibrates the room. I actually just saw a tutorial on this sound lab and it really intrigued me. All I see from everyone who has used it is that it’s one of the best on the market. Would be amazing to get my hands on this. It would definitely elevate my production. Great video man!
With the free copy , i ll create an exclusive 808 pack and will share it with our community, also will mention FAW and their social handles whenever i use them in my songs ❤️
I upgraded mine yesterday and still have to play with it ($20 upgrade at plugin boutique). Good luck everyone for those trying to win! It's an excellent plugin! 🔥👍🏾
Looks like you can modulate volume and pitch. "Mixer Synth" and "Synth Tune" sound pretty much like they're doing exactly that. But it sounded really great when you played around with the attack time of the pitch envelope because you only changed the modulation at the start and then Sublab went back to the pitch of the played note. Unfortunately, it looks like you can't select that as a modulation target. I think the system a lot of other plugins like Massive, Pigments, or Vital use is just so much better with no real drawbacks. Just leave it up to the user, make every single parameter modulatable, and put no limits on the number of modulation connections. It's also very intuitive how they implemented it into their UI.
I have used Sublab many times over the past two years and would want to upgrade to XL to not just produce my own hip hop, trap, electronic, and pop music but also collaborate with artists in my city to make the community better
So how is this an 808? The 808 had a whole bunch of sounds this just does the sub bass from the 808. I'm confused. Is this a digital model of the whole drum machine or just one drum sound that was on the original drum machine?
