Quick & Easy Healthy Breakfast. Crispy Potatoes with scrambled eggs, Only 451 Calories!
One of the easiest healthy breakfasts, so tasty and perfect for a quick meal. Also microwave the potatoes to save a lot of time as potatoes take so long to cook
Ingredients:
• 250 raw potatoes
• 1 tsp salt & pepper
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 1 tsp oregano
• 2 whole eggs
• 3 egg whites
• 1-2 tsp olive oil
• Low fat Spicy mayo (optional)
• Garnish with chilli flakes & parsley (optional)
Note: microwave the potatoes for 4-5 mins before cooking. They come out soft and this will save you a lot of time! It’s a great hack🤌🏽

Nah its no longer healthy it become more like processed food cuz of oil ,salt and pepper and other stuff you put in.. lol but still good ,i guess this recipe is good for one time for like occasion or family trip. Stay Healthy Guys Eat Vegs And Fruits!

Just made this for.my husband and I. It was satisfying but not filling. Would add some extra stuff on the side next time. Was really tasty though. Couldn't get enough.

I tried making french fries on an air frier and they actually worked. No oil no nothing, just salt. They came out super crispy on the outside and very tender on the inside, so that's an extra 100 calories you can remove if you have an air frier so you don't use oil if you don't want to

​@@cf3902Eggs and potatoes are high in calories. The seasoning is full of sodium. The oil is unhealthy. The sauce is also full of fat and sodium. It's ok to eat this once a week or so but I wouldn't recommend eating it regularly.

Eggs and potatoes are also some of the most satiating foods out there, and contain a bunch of micro-nutrients. That amount of salt isn't going to hurt you. Olive oil isn't unhealthy. It's high in calories, and can be easy to overconsume if you use too much of it, but using like half a tablespoon to cook with is fine. The mayo is probably the worst thing about this meal, but by the looks of it he didn't even use that much so it's not a big deal. Just curious, what would you consider to be a healthy meal?

@@cf3902 That amount of salt in a meal x 3 everyday will hurt you. As far as potatoes not being high in calories, I mean to say they're high in carbs. There are also no greens or vegetables in this meal. I would say a healthy meal is balanced without too much fat, sodium or calories. For example, a bowl with lightly seasoned or low sodium seasoning chicken/ground beef, quinoa, some greens like broccoli and cucumber with some feta cheese.
