I dont usually play bruiser but I thought maybe I would start but I was wondering this: what do you think about void darkplate? What abilities and situations are you avoiding with having all that freedom? Thanks!
Good question! Freedom will help primarily in times of Scream and Vines coming at you. Typically, bruiser deaths are due to being locked down in a big collapse. Freedom will shorten the duration of all of the Root and Slow, allowing you to not get caught as easily! I'll have a short going up this week on VDP/Tumblers/Freedom, so stay tuned 🫡
Great video and thank you for the content! I am a new player and currently main healer but I am building a bruiser set. Looking forward to future videos 🫡 subbed and liked 👍 Threeve - Lilith (Surpass) NA East
I have currently been running 250str/350con in medium loadout with tumbler. Would you consider heavy still being better than medium after the stam nerf or are there benefits to both in wars?
Question on Grit ward. Is full time active grit at 300 or 350 con? Attribute says Grit at 300 for basic attacks and at 350 10% reduction with active Grit. I always thought it was active with 300. Another youtuber says it full active at 350 so Grit ward needs 350 to work?
Grit functions on all attacks at 300 Con. If you're 300/300, you still have grit + the mitigation from GW and your Weapon Tree, but you sacrifice the 10% mitigation from 350 Con. Hope this helps!
But it is not included in the empower cap. You can deal damage above the empower cap with Punishment. Slash damage is included in the empower cap. Some bruisers use rings with punishment+hearty+leeching. Because it is very easy to reach the empower cap with bruiser. They use jasper on the weapon to reach the early empower cap. They use leeching instead of slash damage on the ring. Leeching keeps them afloat.
If you're using magnify, allocate points until your Magnify goes from one Stat to the other (str to con) Take out a singular attribute point until both stats are the same Take your remaining attributes, divide by 2 and you've got an easy 300/300 split. Sometimes you have to leave 1 point out to make it even :)
I Like your Video you might have more movement as a medium and Deal more DMG but the Armour you lose is a Lot on the Point especially wars your the Glas Cannon AS a medium at the Point If you get one time clumbed in the zerk your medium Armour will getting destroyed
Invigorated isn't very good at all imo. In any melee setting, the diseases/debuffs you're taking are reapplied so frequently, the only thing that will actually remove them from your bar is a Cleanse Pot. Invig reduces the length of diseases, weakens, etc but does nothing for your survivability to remove those or mitigate damage.
Hey friend! I play NA primarily and am currently in top companies over here. This build guide is a bit old/out of meta now, feel free to check out the tumbies guide on my page for more current info. Thanks for checking me out :)
@@DustyWhy Dude, Freedom never made it into the meta. It's always the Tumbler Bruiser curse :) If anyone uses Freedom, it's out of fantasy or curiosity. Meanwhile, New World officials said they did not want meta. But since the DLC, Bruisers have been relegated to just Tumblers. IronHearth, VoidDark Plate are all garbage for bruiser. When we look only at the users among all these artifacts, we see how unsuccessful this game is. how about u?
