My bag hierarchy would be L, B, K.. All three bags are great, but the Lindy is so much fun! We also have to talk about the design on your shirt! It's definitely a conversation starter.
I have a Birkin 35, which was always my holy grail bag and I am still in awe every time I look at her. I do believe I will at some point own a Kelly. But will likely buy another Birkin first.
Thank you for the video! Have a fabulous weekend! I like the look of a Birkin most but the Kelly has a shoulder strap which has to be factored in. A conundrum!
Caleb. I want them all. There all beautiful. I am going to go off topic. I went to a huge flee market today. And they had a both that had nothing but vintage Coach bags. Let’s put it this way I lost my mind. And I thought of you when I was shopping. I ran out of money. Had to run to the bank. And get more money. See you made me spend money.
Do you have or have tried a 24/24 in 35? Its slo Iightly more accessible. It has a Kelly lock but more of slouch like a Birkin and non-quota like a Lindy.
Hey there, Caleb. I love big Hermes bags. I have a Kelly 50, 35, K Depeche 38, Jypsiere 37 and HAC 40. I’m looking at the Lindy 34, Picotin 31 or So Kelly 26. I think the so Kelly would be too small. I feel like the Picotin might be too simple design. I want to get your thoughts on the Lindy 34. Is it big? I saw there’s a 45 but that is hard to find. I’m leaning toward the Lindy 34 because of the unique design. Wish it could be crossbody but I guess I would need a longer strap. Would love your thoughts. Btw I’m 6 foot 7 as well and love the big bags. Love your videos.
Great video! I learned recently from Mel in Melborne's interview with the founder of 7RP who had an Hermes catalog from the 1950's that the Kelly was named something other than the name you mentioned. I'll send you a link to the video and try to find the time stamp where they talk about it to your IG inbox :]
@calebsnell, I went back tot he video and the Kelly used to be called Sac a main de voyage (in English "Travel Handbag"). She also mentioned the Birkin was based off of the HAC or Haut a Courroies which is that taller "Birkin" that is meant to carry saddles or riding boots.
i just got the Herbag, and i don’t think i’ve ever loved a bag as much as this. 🫠 best of both worlds, a little fancy with a more relaxed feel for everyday.
