Such a great video, filled with postcard images and moments of humour. The typicai Greek Tourist Board sequence that I've seen time and again is of a young woman in a flowing dress walking out on a promontory. Your version sure beat that in its originality and uniqueness. 😏By the way, sea, Aegean Sea.... lol

No room in our packs for long, flowing dresses 😂 We made the ocean vs. sea blunder so many times in this video. While editing it, we realized our mistake but it was already too late. Oh well, we deserve the embarrassment 😂

I did the hike to Oia as well! I loved it - although I got lost at one point and was just like walking on the road haha. Santorini is just stunning. I died at the elephant towel hahaha. It's such a windy island isn't it!? Thanks again for the vid guys - we loved it! See you next time Em + Tom x

At end of tours Santorini! It's perfect! On Mediterranean Sea are two absolut point: Santorini and Gibraltar.

Small world! They are great people. We will definitely do the Camino at some point, but our Visas for Europe expired so we have to leave for at least 90 days.

How has the metric system been on you during the trip so far? Is it getting more natural? And what about different currencies?

The metric system just makes so much more sense. It started to feel natural quite quickly, and we both prefer it over the imperial system. With currencies it has been mixed. The Euro is mentally easy to convert from USD, and so was the Franc. The Leu or Lev, not as easy. One thing we both really appreciate, though, is that VAT is included in the advertised price. It's really nice knowing the exact cost of something before you pay.

@@OnePackWanderers I think the one exception for me might be Fahrenheit... I am still more fluent in Celsius than in Fahrenheit, but Fahrenheit has its advantages... my favorite system would be Rankine xD (look it up, you might like it :P it's sometimes used by US scientists.)
