The best homemade chocolate in the world / Kadayif chocolate
I tried the viral chocolate with Kadayif, it was really good. 😍
Ingredients:
40 gr butter
70 gr angel hair
3 tbsp pistachio cream
1.5 tbsp tahini
Dark and milk chocolate coating
White couverture
Preparation:
Melt the butter in a pan. Fry the chopped angel hair in it until golden brown, stirring constantly. Leave to cool briefly. Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie.
Then pour some chocolate into the mold and place in the fridge for 10 minutes.
Mix the pistachio cream and tahini together well. Add the cooled angel hair. ❗Please do not add everything, you can decide the consistency yourself ❗ Mix well.
Spread half of the mixture over the mold and place in the freezer for another 10 minutes. Spread the remaining chocolate over the top and smooth down. Place in the freezer for 20 minutes and enjoy 😍🤌🏼
