Cause Alfredo is butter, heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. It’s supposed to be ‘unseasoned’ I guess lol that’s why this is CAJUN Alfredo and not authentic Italian Alfredo.
@@victoriavictoria8323 Italians have claimed that they never made the Alfredo that everyone else claims they make, haha, cuz Italians don't usually use alot of heavy cream, they rather use pasta water.....
@@pafiyaarshad2914 Yes you’re so right actually lol and there’s a process where they stir it around which makes it creamy without actually using cream. Totally forgot about that. My point was that ‘them white men Alfredo’ looks unseasoned cause it’s not supposed to be lol

Yeah that Alfredo sauce from a jar taste like cardboard. It’s so easy to make your own sauce from scratch and it taste so much better. Once you make your own you’ll never go back to that jarred stuff.

My mother always put stuff, meat included, on her cutting board, but she ALWAYS SCRUBBED IT DOWN, finishing with dousing it with 100% Clorox, and then rinsing it down again. Bleach sanitizes the wood cutting board's surface. It's work, but it doesn't require the extra covering with foil or whatever.

If you use butter in the sauce and bad quality cheese, YES. If you leave out the additional butter and shred your own or use a higher end, it's less likely but there may still be a little. I always steam broccoli and cut it up and put olives in with the sauce&add the steamed broccoli, and after the chicken is cooked i cut it up into lil slivers n put it in with everything. But heavy whipping cream is such a delicious way to make sauces 😋
