Very healthy and tasty this hot pot, lot of meat but well prepared/boiled with spices and vegetables. But just quarter of what Raina ate is already enough.

Looks like alot of food but it’s not. The meats cut very thin. That long wooden plank of meats are mostly fat and takes up all the space at the table .The round tray of meat is also deceiving. Not much meat at all. Wouldn’t recommend spicy level 2 or higher. It’s so oily that makes it hard to swallow. Level 1 is ok. The cup for water for you is the size of a tea cup.
