I agree with you Linda. It's not just his extremely high scoring games, it's the special way he scores each bucket. His lay-ups and finger rolls are different. His jump shot, fadeaway and mid range shots are very artistic, athletic and smooth. His dunks are like no other. MJ will always be the most creative player and will always be the GOAT.
you old dinosaurs still living under a rock when there was no computers no cell phones and people had to travel 40 miles a day to go to school. LeBron James is the greatest player in the history of sports and he surpassed Michael Jordan in everything like 8 years ago. Stop hanging on to your old days you arent young anymore and the nba today is far more complex than it ever was when Michael Jordan played with plumbers and high school gym teachers.
Man oh man wow and I am 57 and still like wow unbelievable and to live to see it and all these debate come on please stop and the one that really get me is he won the scoring title and defensive of player in the same season that's hard to do
Ya know no matter how much time will pass, there’s gonna be a LeBron, Kobe, and whoever!! There will never be another Air Jordan!!! Only one goat and its MJ all day!
I was 11 in 1984, when Mike was a rookie, the perfect age to fall in love with basketball. My favorite players were Dr. J, Magic Johnson and James "big game" worthy.......Mike changed ALL of that instantly!
I remember in the 80's before we had cable you know the majority of us didn't have ESPN cable & everynight the local New York news be it 2, 4, 5, 7, 9, 11 would show something spectacular that Jordan did in the game that night it was crazy!
Bro there will never and I mean NEVER EVER! Be another MJ man and im so jealous i never got to witness this live. He was just one of those unhuman choosen ones...Alot of people hate and seem to not understand that when God make certain people. Players & people wish it was them so they hate on him..clearly it as not been another mike bro. Man kobe couldn't even mimic this dude all the way. Mj #Goat
Imagine watching this in person? I saw prime Mike three times against Clippers in old LA Sports Arena and what my 20/20 vision witnessed is like nothing it had seen before or after him. I've bled purple and gold since 1979 and Magic is my favorite player all-time but to say MJ isn't the greatest I have ever seen would be ridiculously insane. And you're right - he was an alien. That's why whomever supplants him as the GOAT will not be from this planet.
@@floboikeyvlogs I once saw him change direction in midair. He took off baseline and ended up a couple feet in front of basket. And man, was he quick! That first step too explosive for anyone to defend. Off dribble or jab. That's why he was dubbed black cat. MJ is the most awe-inspiring athlete I have ever seen in person. And I've seen them all - Magic, Bird, Shaq, Hakeem, Barkley, Nique, Kemp, Kobe, Iverson, T-Mac, Vince, Lawrence Taylor, Reggie White, Deion Sanders, Ronnie Lott, Bo Jackson, Walter Payton, Barry Sanders, Jerry Rice, Moss, Megatron, Ray Leonard, Duran, Hagler, Hearns, Tyson. He was so electrifying that you could feel the electricity in building. The buzz was ridiculous. Only thing close to it is Tyson vs Spinks in Atlantic City.
@@floboikeyvlogs I been inside Hoops the gym and casinos during his prime and let’s say he looks like he was chiseled with a chisel and hammer…dude dude looked human but had some characteristics that wasn’t
Jordan was relentless. When he was drafted, he was a skinny kid with an engine that wouldn't quit. He got clobbered all the time. He worked out a ton and put on 20+ pounds of muscle so he could stand up to the beating. Then he was unstoppable.
Hi are you doing I just look at the video the only thing I can say god gave micheal jordan something no other basketball player never had the goat forever happy birthday micheal jordan he just turn 60 years old
We used to say after every Bulls game that MJ was MUST SEE TV because back then you could not rewind a play, every sports news was a must see and then you still couldn't believe your eyes.
Man, you have the best videos of Michael Jordan that I’ve ever seen. Michael left everybody in Chicago speechless for a long time, and still leaving us speechless with videos like yours. Great job!!!❤
He had the best creativity, skills, athleticism, fundamentals, court awareness, anticipation, and the mental drive to embarass the opposition. These highlights are great no doubt. Try watching a full game where you can slowly see every single detail and every single possession where he eats away at a lead going into the last 5 minutes of the game. He just made the other team shit their pants. MJ was beyond anything the league has ever seen. Not even close…..🙏🏼🤙🏼💪🏼👊🏼✊🏼
sorry watch larry do that to prime jordan{and everyone else} at the end of his career, the 71 point game Bird goat highest basketball iq ever. also Bird swept Jordan twice 2nd highest winning percent ever in the nba just barely behind magic
@@simplysimple7628 In Jordan's own words, Larry had no weaknesses. Michael learned from Larry. Everything you said about creativity. Larry Bird MVP 3 years in a row. Fourth, in MVP, his rookie season took the worst team in the league to the Eastern conference finals all by himself court awareness. Nobody had a higher IQ than Larry Bird. You really need to do some research on bird. Also, Jordan swept twice in the playoffs by Larry injured. Larry about to retire to achilles, tendon surgeries and a broken back still beat michael jordan and pippin, and ninety two
Its a totally different experience watching MJ highlight vids vs watching him in full games. It was amazing to watch him dismantle a team quarter by quarter. MJ played in all 82 games of the season 9 times, he said, "Every time I play, I put on a show because I want the people coming to see to be disappointed."
i may go as far as saying this guy was and probably still is the greatest participant in any form off ball game. the will to win and be great is the difference with all other players. the control of his body at every point of the jump is insaine. this is where the hang time comes from, he could utilise every point from leaving the floor to landing again. when in his shooting motion his body is always completely straight and vertical to the rim hence the dead eye shooting. lebron and kobe (rip) are definetly great players but they play the game due to seeing mj. it will be an amazing day when we finally see the next mj, so to speak.
My guy first off, appropriate reaction to watching a GOAT work. Stellar job. Secondly, I made the post below in another video hours before i saw yours. You’re not alone in thinking this. There is serious consideration given to the possibility of some gene splicing and dna tampering infused with alien dna that occurred in Jordan sometime after he was cut from the high school team. It doesn’t make sense such a pure natural talent with god given given athleticism would get cut from varsity only to become GOAT and then the below combined with that it makes even less sense. He wasn’t just not normal. Super athletes are like that and common in the pros. It was that he was OTHER WORLDY and made even super athletes appear pedestrian. Your reaction said it all. Those who played with MJ remark that it was spooky how he got REAL GOOD REAL FAST. James Worthy said he was a better player in college than MJ when he first got there….FOR ABOUT TWO WEEKS. and then MJ left him in the dust just improving by leaps and bounds that goes beyond the benefits and capabilities of hard practice. Worthy was genuinely spooked by it. My post in another thread: There is a conspiracy MJ had alien DNA. His parents were 5’8 and 5’3. And among five siblings of three brothers and two sisters he was the only one over 5’8 at 6’6 with hands the size of a baseball mitts while defying gravity for seconds longer than other athletes. The athleticism is freakish even when compared to other NBA players today who are more athletic than ever before.
What truly made him the GOAT was the fact that everyone feared him. People would intentionally not say anything to him, hoping he would forget that he was playing a competitive game. Basically, didn't want to poke the bear. Listen to the Isah Rider, KG story about playing against him. He would just not care till someone gave him a reason to care. No one else was legit feared like that.
Great video man. It was not just talent. It was not just physicality. It was not just skill. It was every Saturday and Thursday and it all… heart. It’s why we wear the shoes still. Because he is the G.O.A.T.
I feel sorry for all the young bloods who could not witness him play. I understand that they cheer for James. Lebron is one of the greatest Basketballer of all time. But MJ was black Jesus on the court... Simply different than anything before and after him. The Goat 🐐
Bro Mike was God Tier level. You're talking about the fiercest competitor, insane work ethic, fundamentally sound/super athletic, huge hands, phenomenal footwork, go to moves galore....he could do it all. Every game he did something amazing. & he gave it his all for the fans...he made sure he never shorted the fans. Absolutely zero weaknesses in his game. Jordan was the cheat code on steroids.
There is no argument. Gotta watch to the end kind of put me off because you didn't finish the 1st vid and i thought maybe your camera lost power or something. lol
Great reaction to this! I've got three more for you, showcasing his Shooting, Passes, and Defense: Michael Jordan -The Shooter by GOATNESS - ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-EBTVLr3vSlo.html Michael Jordan Best Passes - by Highlights with Music - ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-REHWe0C-gjc.html Michael Jordan Grim Reaper- by Clutch23 Production - ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-Bdw1wiBcN3k.html
This was good! I like seeing youngsters faces watch the real GOAT. Doesn’t mean today players are not great, they just aren’t THIS good. If you lived anywhere BUT Chicago, you were guaranteed two things… 1) You had one or more Hall of Famers on your home team. 2) When your team played this man, they would need a few days off afterwards. MJ played like this - on both sides of the court - for 48 mins, and all 82 games. 6 rings, 6 finals mvps, 5 mvp, 10x scoring champ, 9x all-defensive first team, 3x steals leader, defensive player of the year, 2x Olympic Gold Medalists, highest playoff percentage. It’s why we still wear them shoes!
I was born and raised in Chicago I miss Michael Jordan's so freaking bad I watched every second of every minute of every game that he played there's a hole in my soul since Michael retired Dominican service but God damn I miss him the best ever he's like Larry Bird said that's not Michael Jordan that's God disguise as Michael Jordan
This video just partly demonstrates why even the hint or whisper that Lebron could EVER exceed or even match MJ’s level is such blasphemy, lunacy and delusional not comprehended by the normal rational, logical or reasonable human mind. I detest that outrageous debate and comparison. They’re not even close is so many ways and the eye test shown just in this video is evidence of that. I was privileged to see MJ play live in the 90s and I have been watching the NBA ever since, and absolutely Nothing even comes close to the exciting and allure of MJ playing in the court. TV viewership has never been the same since he left.
The thing about M.J. and Kobe that make them G.O.A.T.S. is they actually cared about fans. None of this load management B.S. They knew you spent your hard earned money just to see them. If they could go out and give you a show they were going to.
His "hang time" is the one thing I could never understand, no matter how often I saw it. Gravity is supposed to pull everything to the ground at the same speed. But there were times when MJ would leap at the same time as his defender, but remain in the air after the defender already landed. How is that even possible!?
