The Opan now comes with a see through water tank that sits near the icemaker. Thus the 2 lines on the back. One goes to the tank and keeps the icemaker full for several days. No need to keep refilling it when you use ice.

We have the Opal V1 and recently ordered a V2 as an add on. We love the original and have found it available recently at a Best Buy refurb store in a mall. Apparently, the complaints were that it stops making ice after a while. My guess is this is due to an issue I spotted a few years ago with ours. YOU MUST CLEAR SPACE ON BOTH SIDES. Not a ton of space but at least 5'6 inches for airflow. The refurbs we saw were significantly cheaper then new at around $300 so well worth the price.
