17 yrs old: Started my first business selling wristbands with two school friends. I made $0.
18 yrs old: Started my first ecommerce business selling second hand video games. I made $0.
19 yrs old: Joined a network marketing company (would not recommend it). Was told I’d be rich if I signed up 8 people. I signed up 26 people in 3 months. I made $0.
21 yrs old: Dropped out of Bath University to start an app development company. I made less than $5,000 in 2 years!
23 yrs old: Started Heath Media, my marketing agency. I made $0 for the first 3 years.
26 yrs old: Went all in on building a personal brand within the marketing space. I passed $100k/year.
28 yrs old: My personal brand allowed me to attract the best talent in the world. Heath Media became an industry leading Meta ads agency, with an exceptional team and an excellent reputation. We crossed $1m/year.

Thank you so much, Ben. The video is quite informative. I’d appreciate your response to these 2 questions: 1. When using 2 adsets and Meta pops a notification (after a few days of running the ad) recommending that you combine the adsets as a result of fragmentation, Is it best to go ahead and click on “apply” to combine the adsets or it’s okay to ignore it and still allow the 2 adsets keep running separately? 2. What’s the maximum number of interests you recommend one should stack in one adset?

With a new Facebook ad account, is it better to first test a product in one country or run ads in multiple countries? Which strategy would be better, like if some sales come in from one country then targeting ads in multiple countries with a lookalike audience. Someone told me it's possible to set ads that way, and meta choose where to deliver the client (shop/website) based on the users' behavior. Do you know about that?

Hi Ben, love your vids. I have a quick question. What should you do if you’re client only has 600 euro’s a month as a budget? 10 euro’s a day for a cold campaign and 10 for a warm campaign a day? Or is that just not enough to be profitable? Love to hear you’re advice.

Thanks a lot. You probably don’t want a 50:50 split unless they have a pretty large warm audience. You’d probably be better off with a 80:20 or 90:10 split. Yes you can be profitable with that budget. But it will take time for you to test and work out what works. The more you spend, the faster you can go through that.

Great video! I have a question. I run ads for my wife's newborn photography business and I get so excited every time I watch your videos about lead forms on FB as a lead generation tool. However, Every time I launch a campaign of this kind it generates tonnes of leads but none of them ever convert! Bare in mind I use the same audience as with other lead campaigns. As soon as I switch to Insta leads, messages start coming through and so do the bookings. Why is that? And why can Meta not see how many leads (messages) came through as a result of my campaign? None of the campaigns I created where messages would be an objective shown me a count of messages even though they do come through. Does Meta simply not see them? Bare in mind pixel is set up correctly. Thank you in advance!

After I complete the learning phase "requirements" my ads keep going from the learning phase, to active, to limited learning so fast! sometimes on the same day! even if I don't optimize or change the budget, my ads start to underperform every time this happens, from 70 to 90%.

In that scenario the first action would be to consolidate. So run less ads, ad sets and campaigns at any one time. That should consolidate conversion data and help you properly get out of the learning phase.
