What about Instagram not being able to handle the quality size you have set at automatic. I have experienced my content getting compressed, which lowered quality. The advice of setting it to 2500/5000 kbs has helped for me a lot with that. Yeah it lowers your quality a bit but not as much as having it compressed. What is your take on this?
Greart video but it is mildly frustrating for a Da Vinci newbie because you're showing all these options but it's hard to find where they're located from the video
@@LucaEpifaniI have fiber optic internet. The compression screws it up no matter what I try. Only a few people I see on IG have amazing quality that doesn’t look compressed at all. They gate keep which sucks
What I've experienced and is super weird: In my Feed, when I watch my reels logged in with the profile I postet it, the reel has got the best and sharpest quality. BUT when I watch it logged in as an external viewer (with another profile) the resolution is quite bad!! Is it possible that IG tricks me and makes me want to think, that my reel gets pushed out there in the best resolution (while in fact it isn't)?
Yes this is true ..but you can fix that by using topaz and correct size and resolution plus iphone is must ..as you can’t achieve good quality reel if you upload from any android
And do you use MacBook for working in a DaVinci Resolve? And if yes, do you tick the Mac display profile for colors in general settings? And why do you use gamma 2.4 instead of rec-709-a for accurate color on your Mac and and iPhone? :))
@@LucaEpifaniperfect, Thanks. What about the Color space Transform. Is it different if i shot from a sony camera or a DJI drone which input Color Space/Gamma and input Color space/gamme i have to choice? I Think i saw it your Video but i dont find it. hahha
I have tried this, the problem is that after exporting, my video is usually around 80mb for a 1 minute video. That is the problem, how can someone have like 5mb with same quality as the 80mb?
@@HD6SOCCER Because I don't only shoot stuff for reels but for a very different variaty of stuff and the look you get with 24 fps is very different from a 30fps clip
@@LucaEpifani yes I totally get that. I would assume that footage shot in 24 can’t be used in a 30 fps timeline without missing frames. I tend to shoot everything in 120fps and use either 24,30,60 based on how much slo motion effects I need
@@LucaEpifani thats so weird man i am totaly ok after i render from da vinci , just if i watch it on quick time is wash out but if i watch another video programme or watch it on premier pro , it mathes same as i see on da vinci , but on my phone its definitely shit 😅
@@LucaEpifani actually now i tried with iphone 15 and its really close , my iphone xr is really have cold temperature i realized 😅 now i feel much better
I wouldn't want to get involved in this issue because there is so much controversy about it... But one thing I can guarantee because it is information that comes from within... any file that is more than 20MB in size will suffer from compression algorithms... there are several used and each of a different type and with different purposes. .. Well, that's the information I have and it's reliable.

You said a wrong thing man. iPhone is the most selled smartphone, but Android is the most used and diffused OS because is mounted on so many brands that's not even comparable to Apple's ones.
