I suggest you offset your real estate and get into stocks, A recession as bad it can be, provides good buying opportunities in the markets if you’re careful and it can also create volatility giving great short time buy and sell opportunities too. This is not financial advise but get buying, cash isn’t king at all in this time!

Wow, this is inspiring. I have seen people who collapsed financially in old age because they did not have an investment when they were still earning. Investing is something that everyone should do for a better future.
By following trades do you mean copying her trades, as is done in etoro? I have heard about the method of investing but haven't quite tried it yet. I also know that funds are not handed over to the manager in this kind of arrangement
@@mokshsamay3189 Yea exactly. I've been copying her trades for close to two years now, plus it's relatively much easier to set up and connect my accounts than creating a financial pan and draffting investment strategies myself
Most people live non-average lives as a result of wrong decisions and poor planning. I think people who suffer are the ones who don't think about their future and don't invest. Investing has really saved many lives and got people off the streets.

My small advice for everyone : pls don't spend more than 25k on a phone irrespective of how rich you are. After that 25k point the only thing that really improves is the camera. If you are really into clicking pictures then buy a real camera.

Lockin investment is bad... It locks the amount and decreases out ability to invest in good opportunity which would have given better return... Never invest in pension / savings fund..

@@ipeedmypants1597 I being a customer am telling you this You can take a credit card against a fixed deposit from your bank, wait for your CIBIL score to build up and then you can apply for real credit card. Hope this helps...

My age 19 years so my risk assets 81% But i love crypto then stocks crypto 60%, Stocks 30%, cash 10% My Crypto protfolio 40% down but invest everytime when I gets money and stocks market low risk and low return so i invest only 30%. 😄😄😄😄😄

The premium we pay for the health and life insurance, comes in what part of the 50-30-20 division? Is it in the needs part or investment part? And should we consider the insurance premiums in the monthly needy expenses while calculating the Emergency Fund??

Sir whatever options you have told regarding investments are very good, but they are all for people whose salary are more than 50k to 1lacs, But if someone who is working in shops or super market means some what like odd jobs, which are not from technical fields of frm financial department , and if these people wants some extra income to generate,what they should do, because their salary will be ver less as compared to others Most of these people are working for just 10k to 15k salary ,and they also hv to give some portions of their salary at home for house hold and their age is also more than 25 + , what you suggest these people should do ? If you don't mind...why do u really want to have savings in form of cash or in savings account (except for the occurrence of some unprecedented incident for which u need money ASAP) where it's essentially losing its value with the passage of time ..and just incase ur argument for having savings is actually because u need some portion of ur income handy so that u could manage mishaps(god forbid if something goes wrong) then u have the emergency fund, right. get it? The entire purpose of an emergency fund is to help u tackle such tough situations P.S. - I am a little sleepy while i am writing this so incase u feel confused then it's probably cuz I messed up somewhere while writing my reply
