I will never get over the Savage album. Truly a no skipper. Like having an album with songs that sound so different from eachother yet having it be so matching. From aenergys powerful production to Lucid Dreams soft and dream like atmosphere to Yeppi Yeppi quite literally having one of the best choruses ive heard in a bside, and Savage's hyperpop qualities. They blend them out with eachother in a way that makes the songs stand out individually while elevating eachother as an entire album.

I do think savage has its bad parts but i feel like the good parts are good enough to the point where the bad parts are covered. I do think its the weakest on the album personally. As for iconic i like how punchy it is personally but i get its not for everyone! Its nice to see peoples opinions. Especially on aespa's music.

imo D-2 by Agust D is one of the best kpop albums. the production is so impactful, the lyrics are so sincere and his flow is so amazing throughout the album. the level of sincerity and emotions packed with great diverse sounds and featured artists, this album screams so....SUGA. It's fun, it's chill, it's perfect. (and I agree with BIGBANG'S MADE, its top tier)

I would like to add Obsession by EXO honestly Most of EXO's albums are "The Albums" but Obsession is pretty much underrated (not in fans though) Baekhyun's Bambi and his Japanese album are also my favorites, D.O's Empathy is something not a lot of kpop idol can pull off but I love this so much , Suho's grey suit is also something I like.Between their winter release"Universe" has my heart(I got addicted to coffee because of the title song but that's different thing😂)

HYBE really shook up the industry with Lesserafim and NewJeans I mean after all the doubt and hate they were getting saying how the can’t debut a gg because they won’t do well but then the complete opposite happened like both groups brought a breath of fresh air and innovation that both 4thgen needed and the industry on a whole that’s why their popularity is surging. Wings is just a musical masterpiece basically the Thriller of Kpop from the trailers,to concept,the styling it’s the pioneer of how kpop put the western music industry on notice because after the comeback BTS blew up globally

the park in the night part 3 is probably the most underrated kpop album ever ps: i know that no intl kpop stan still remember about kara but they have the best discography in the industry and i really reccomend listening to their "full bloom" (+ their japanese album "super girl")

1) Istg BTS wings album had such a clear and distinct theme and every song was so good and it was all perfectly designed around that theme. Then they added spring days. That shit made me feel so many repressed feelings. Wings was truly BTS's peak idc what armys say. 2) pink tape is a masterpiece. Underrated. There's a certain type of creepiness, youthfulness and beauty in that album. Whoever designed this album knew what vibes to create with the album and the theme is distinct as well. Also it's often greatly misunderstood as well 3) the red is another masterpiece. SM know how to come up with good shit. Seulgi's solo album is one of example. 3) baekhyun delivers devours and destroys. He owns what he puts out there. He has his own color. 4) MADE deserves recognition and respect for being the most bopful album ever. Got all the industry and country bopping it every where in karaokes wedding universities varieties everywhere. 5) a very promising rookie girl group giving us 4 bops. I'm so excited for what they have to offer in the future. They ate up the industry with all 4 songs on their album. 6) IU's music is just so good.periodt 7) pretty girls making pretty music. 8) avengers have real quiet ever since aespa debuted. 9) fearless is sassy, fearless, confident, pretty and filled with charms. They debuted with a strong album imo.

My favorite albums of all time: 1. KARD - You & Me/Red Moon (Started my love for dark concepts 😩) 2. Moonbyul - Eclipse (the way the whole era had chokehold on me for a month) 3. EXO - Obsession (they way it transitions to dark to light; not to mention the Dr. Jekyll and Hyde concept in general was genius) 4. Twice - Taste of Love (The epitome of summer) 5. Woodz - Equal (an underrated masterpiece!)

MADE is by far the most ambitious project in this list..... Literally every track could be a representative single for the album. The lyrics, the melodies, THE VARIETY omg cmon. You can't tell me that songs like BANG BANG BANG and If You came from the same group, let alone the same ALBUM. There's something for everyone there. 9 out of 11 tracks all have M/Vs and 7 of those have 100 mil+ views... BIGBANG dominated an entire year with that one album. A staple of K-Pop.

bbh's bambi is so so so amazingly good. not a single bad song on the mini at all, my favs being privacy and amusement park. the r&b, chill excellence that oozes out of that release actually causes me to ascend every time I listen to it on shuffle. it's a crime that he hasn't performed a single song from the mini yet....

After your previous fav albums video I put all of Pink Tape back on my phone and I'm really amazed at how well it holds up, 9 years later. Rum Pum Pum Pum, Pretty Girl, Airplane, and Toy, especially. Obviously RPPP directly influenced Ive's Eleven, but the impact that album had in general really can't be overstated. I think a huge part of that which isn't really discussed much is that it started the trend of Swedish composers and producers working in K-Pop, which IMO is a big part of the update in production styles going from 2nd to 3rd gen. I've also been on an IU binge lately and really agree about Palette. It's the IU-est IU album, even better than Modern Times. It's probably my second-favorite solo album in K-Pop, after Taeyeon's My Voice. The collabs (like Jam Jam having that Sunwoojunga magic, and especially the harmonies with Oh Hyuk) are perfect, the production is perfect, the vocals are perfect. And on the topic of GWSN: I miss them, that's all.

IMO the best album/mini album is reve festival 2022. Like there is no bad songs, the best ones( bamboleo and in my dreams ) are 11/10, and the worst( good, bad and ugly ) is a solid 8/10 and all the songs are like so different yet they still give off the same vibes. RV really has one of the best discography

I'm so glad Wings was on here. It was when I REALLY got into BTS. It was so... ugh. I love it. Every song is so beautiful and personal, the quality of each song is incredible. It's definitely among the best BTS has given us so far. It felt like they laid their souls bare in each song. It's an incredible album, not just from kpop, but music as a whole.

*MADE IS THE best album, like there is no skips in that what so ever, like even the ones not played in this video are my favorites like LOSER, and Let's Not Fall in Love. the only album that even comes a little close is BTS's Young forever with some skips but also bops like I NEED U, Run, Burning Up (Fire), Save me, Butterfly, and maybe Converse High. (IMO)* ⭐⭐ THIS IS WHY 2016 IS THE BEST YEAR FOR KPOP especially boygroups (+ the fact that there was EXO in 2016)⭐⭐

y’all should really get into “Empathy” by exo main vocalist D.O. tbh. it’s hugely successful on spotify (the single most popular sm soloist album on the platform) but sadly doesn’t get talked about a lot? it’s an entire acoustic album with many different genres to explore the acoustic sound and it’s just such a comfort album. He even sings in Spanish with a smooth latin pop track HELLO

this is not even me trying to bring my faves into the conversation cuz i could name so many more underrated masterpieces but this one is really the hit that got away. just number wise it was still hugely successful since the sales were good and he has the most streamed 1st day, 1st week, 1st momth etc streams of any sm soloist BUT i just don’t see many people talking about it? idk i love a cohesive body of work like just pure consistency throughout the whole album but still exploring many different sounds while maintaining kind of story throughout the songs. The transition from Hurt by New Jeans to Through the Night by IU was pleasing to the ears. Its a fitting juxtaposition of the two cuz of the ballad style! An album i wanna add is Hello by Joy. I believe it depends on a person’s taste but I truly fell in love with all of the songs in the album and i dont how it wouldn’t be ear catching to someone else❤️

Finally someone else that sees how much of a masterpiece Pink Tape was. Sucks that SM never really gave f(x) the respect they deserve. Seeing them get disbanded was the worst since they were my ultimate girl group.

I agree with everything. Idk why people are so afraid to recognize that some 4rth gen albums are actually… one of the greatest in kpop. New jeans and Le sserafim, their concept was perfectly defined by their music. Also the red, obviously a whole experience, im so excited for rv3, i hope they gove us another iconoc kpop album

i love all of these albums (wings and nwjns are one of my favs too), and i would personally add the dream chapter: eternity by txt and border: day one by enhypen. with eternity, i feel the same way you do with wings, i don’t even think it’s my fav album from them (not when freeze and thursday’s child exist), but there’s something ‘greater’ about it. the darkness, the artistry, i love it. and day one…….. do i have to explain myself¿ given-taken, let me in, flicker¿¿
