I’ve been using liquid eyeliner since the early 2000s. I have been doing the cat eyeliner before it became back in style ever since I was 12. I am now 32. I have used so many different liquid eyeliners and the BEST I have ever used in all these years is the Covergirl Get In Line Liquid Eyeliner specifically in the Matte form. Less than $10. I refuse to use any thing else
Okay but for real is this eyeliner actually good? And does it stay on all day without running? Bc I don’t wanna spend $40 for eyeliner that does the same thing as me drug store eyeliner

I review luxury beauty products before they’re launched. I got this product sent to review and it was the biggest let down. The packaging feels cheap and flimsy. The pencil formula is patchy and dries out quickly. Mine fell out upon opening. The eyeliner is okay in terms of the brush tip applicator but the pigment is slightly translucent and too watery. The quality and amount of product for the price is flat out disappointing considering Valentino put their name on it.
@@Yanderesimulator2125 idk I use the liquid liner from rare beauty and that’s only $19. Just as opaque on application and no tugging. It just glides on
