Beef liver is very healthy. And most importantly, it's delicious. The most delicious beef liver I have ever cooked! This liver recipe will decorate your home collection.

Ingredients:
4 potatoes.
Salt.
Cover and cook until soft.
500 g (1.1 lb) beef liver.
Cut and chop finely.
1 onion.
1 potato.
Salt and pepper.
2 eggs.
100 g (0.2 lb) flour.
Oil.
Fry for 2 minutes on both sides.
30 g butter.
100 ml of milk.
