Guess what girls, I'm 73 years old and I just saw a video by Ketogenic Woman from Canada and she dredged her chicken strips all at once and put them in a container and then went back and put the dry mixture on them. I've always hated the dredging station routine. Ketogenic Woman also put her dry mix in a zip type baggie and did the old shake and bake routine. You can fry or bake your chicken or fish, whatever. As old as I am, I still find easier ways to cook by watching videos from RU-vid content creators like you folks. If you haven't seen Ketogenic Woman before now, check her out. If you would like to add just that extra level of flavor to chicken that you are breading, add some dried chicken skins that you grind up and then add to the pork rinds and spices. YUM!
I love that you take these items and make them keto! I will need to go check each of these videos out. We recently found a cheese called "Halloumi" That is the closest thing to french fries when fried on our Blackstone grill. They are crispy on the outside and close texture on the inside. - Michelle

I literally made the chipotle vinaigrette this morning (love it), also make the orange chicken a lot (so easy). I tried the big mac one but need to make it with a less fat content ground beef. You guys make the best Keto recipes for lots of different sources. ☺

I make your orange chicken on the regular - soooo good and soooo easy! So far I've only used immi noodles in soup - I've got to try the chow mein you trialed. Thanks ladies!
I like the heavenly fries best with coconut flour and I cook it in talo or lard which is what,back when I was a kid, McDonalds used to fry in. They taste so good in both or a mix. I also let the fries dry out for 15-30 mins and they are easier to fry and I can cook them on a higher heat than olive oil.
Sarah, there is a special menu (that is not on the main menu) from Mikey D's that includes apple pie, ice cream and caramel sauce, so that would be like what you did - dipping their apple pie in the sunday.

I grew up with dessert with every meal, including breakfast. Would you try some donut recipes? I haven’t tried your Apple pie yet, it looks soooo good! Also something that tastes like s’mores? Maybe more ideas using chia seeds? And now I want something sweet, ugh, more coffee is needed.

WOW! I was just thinking about this Snack wrap thing yesterday and was looking up recipes for it. I thought maybe to try it with fish. You are just in time! I made the Big Mac Taco thing. I actually freezer Prep them, smash the meat into the tortilla and then stack them in the freezer between paper. that way I can have a single serving one whenever I want. and I bought the RealGood Chicken nuggets because of your video. I've tried some of their other products and they are hit or miss.

My favorite thing I miss is buffalo blasts at Cheesecake Factory. I am sure this could be done. Cream cheese, buffalo sauce, chicken and maybe wrapped in a tortilla and deep fried. Now I think I am going to go try it!
I use Hellman’s LIGHT, no sugar added Heinz ketchup, dill relish, and pepper. I’m very LC so this is a version I can live with. But, I measure my ingredients so the carbs (and anything else) is controlled.

Help, I used xanthum gum to make keto sausage gravy, and did not like the taste of it. I’m picky, and the first bite was ok, but thereafter I just couldn’t. It’s too sweet.
