@@adamzwingler pretty much he picks a market and sends out 1000s of letters to people who own land with a super low offer haha then if he gets a hit he will get a funder to pay the 20k for the land and then sell it for 50k and he will spit the 30k down the middle with the funder but he’s making 100k a month so he is the funder now but he saying if your just getting started that’s what he did

I used to have discord, it’s been so long though I don’t know if I do anymore. Dude I’m building a website and putting aside $30k for marketing ($5k a month for 6 months) to try my hand at sending out 1000’s of mailers. The profits seem too good to ignore. It seems like it’s basically just a numbers game - x amount of mailers to vacant land owners = x amount of potential land deals

Well, when you land the contract to remove the gum, your landing the contract to clean the entire front walkway, pressurewashing it. Like the intire front walkway in front of walmart. I happen to know that they pay good money to keep it clean, as well as big chain grocery stores.

Pretty much all of them do yes, but they dont have the equipment to specifically remove gum that doesn't cost money, time and lots of water. You might say, pressure washing..well no, pressure washing takes lots of time, effort, water, and its too much trouble because of the hose length. Scraping is way too much effort. Any other way usually involves chemicals that arent eco friendly

Yeah, this guy just talks and says things that are not true for the most part. One of my friends is a mobile locksmith in Canada and he doesn’t charge more than 100 dollars cause nobody would want to pay him more, plus some weeks he works like 2 days and others 4 or 5 but it’s never consistent and he definitely does not make near 500k a year lmao. More like 60-70k …
