Thank you for taking all the time involved in doing this 'best of vlog'. it is so very helpful in being a more informed consumer, especially during this time of Covid. I live in RI and our closest Nordstrom, Saks, Neiman or any upscale store is either 2 hours to Boston MA or 3 hours to New York City. I normally do a shopping spree every 3 or 4 months, but it has been a year, How very deprived am I :( ! so thank you again for keeping me informed.

Thank you for placing a Clinique product in your favorites - I've been using Clinique since I was 11 - their 3-step skin program for forever and their Dramatically Different Moisturizing Lotion non stop. I'm 45 now and get compliments on my skin anytime I'm in the beauty department at Nordstrom; makes a girl feel special. Clinique has stayed the course; there's value in that.

Thank you again for all your thorough and honest reviews.Your makeup looks gorgeous on you!! I totally love the Koh Gen Do Moisture Foundation when I want more coverage which I picked up on your recommendation. I ended up choosing #023 which is the perfect cool tone for my light/medium olive complexion. When I bought the brightening powder you recommended from Koh Gen Do, I picked up their green correction tint tube. After years of being told olive complexions are neutral and most neutral foundations being too yellow for my skin, I found out olive skin is actually a cool tone which can warm slightly if tanned, but still is mostly cool. Most cool foundations are pink. Olive skin is blue (cool) undertone with slight yellow overtone creating a cool green tone. WOW!! Koh Gen Do was perfect. The green corrector has been a blessing for my other foundations being too yellow. #023 is perfect cool with no pink in it. I still love my everyday foundation (also in my perfect color BR30 ) and the most sheer yet imperfection blurring foundation.....YSL Touche Eclat All in One Glow Foundation. I would love to hear your opinion of that one. Thanks again.

I also have very sparse, stubby and stubbornly straight Asian lashes, not to mention oily eyelids. And I completely agree with you about loving the Surratt mascara! No raccoon eyes, I don’t get mascara all over my eye area applying it, my eyelashes look longer, and my eyelashes now actually hold a curl! The price tag hurts, but hey, if it works then, ”here, Surratt, just take the moneeyyyy!” 😄

Last night whilst laying in bed I was trying to think what kind of product would be perfect for my sparce, patchy, blonde/white eyebrows. I've used everything. The 2 things that seem to work the best are powder to colour the patches of skin, and a brow gel to grab what little hair I have and define them. I was thinking "omg! A powder pencil! I sure wish that were a thing.." *It is* ! I had no idea! I'm really enjoying your channel!

Merry Mishmas everyone. In regards to the Gucci brow pencil, its been a while since I worked with Dior but they used to have a pencil just like it and it was amazing! I still got a few shades of it left and im always pleased with the low key result i get for my everyday make up edit. The Chanel one is really great as well, I recommended it to a girlfriend and she looooves it. Works very well for her Asian eyebrows

I just tried Surratt’s Relevee tubing mascara and was blown away with how good it is! Mascara can often bother my eyes, but this one didn’t make my eyes uncomfortable at all. I was also surprised to find out that I really love the tiny narrow application brush.

Hi Michele, thank you for the great video! My skin type is very different from yours, so I think that's why we have a completely different list of base products. But wow, it is so cool that my large eye shadow palette, small palette, and eye liner choices are exactly the same! But I shouldn't be surprised because you are the beauty blogger that I can truly relate to and I trust the most.
