The dress is fabulous on you. Loved the earrings, but with that dress/earrings I would have paired it with the same, delicate mother-of-pearl bib-styled necklace (or single stone necklace to match the earrings)...not too thick of a bib, but narrow enough to keep the delicacy and color of the dress. Nevertheless, you looked great.

Hi Nikol, I was wondering if you could do a video on what makeup goes best with a red evening gown? Reds are so hard to pair makeup with. A light brown eyeshadow? What color blush? Do you accent the lips or leave almost bare? Thanks for any help you can give.

When I try to buff foundation in, it just agitates any dry skin I have. Yea I exfoliate, yes I use hyaluronic acid and moisturizer and I drink water … I cannot get my skin to ever not be dry.

Watching you do this reminded me of something I need. I’m a grandmother of two girls 6 &8 and their primary picture taker/photographer. We do regular photo shoots. For fun of course. And since I’m not a pro photog and can’t always count on my shots to be accurate in color, I find that their lips many times are so faded or sometimes have hardly any color in them. I noticed when their mother did makeup for recital they looked beautiful in photos. (It wasn’t necessarily the right colors or products and was a bit more heavy handed for recitals) Just a little lip color and cheek color is all that’s needed. So far I haven’t found anything on RU-vid or even in stores that would be good for lipstick for little ones for photos. It has to look natural and barely/not there. I know that’s a fine line. That wedding bells lipstick looks like it might be a good color or is it too dark. Do you have any opinions on that?
Very Pretty! I wish I had the patience to put makeup on, I use a little but especially by my eyes it irritates. I think I need organic eyeshadows and mascara, things change when you get older, makeup never used to bother my eyes. The make up and dress are beautiful.

My all time HG to die for lipstick is CT nude romance. The most stunning peachy nude for both fair and tanned skin.. Just pair it up with a matching lipliner and you are ready to win...I am 45 and I even wear it to bed sometimes 🤣 thats how ahamazing the formula is.. Love love
I'm looking forward to the availability of a stainless steel gua sha on your website! I've been wanting to purchase one, but have been hesitant. I like the idea of something which is durable/unbreakable. I haven't ever used a jade roller, because Robert Cook (of Lancome) mentioned using two stainless steel spoons so you're getting both sides of your face/both eyes massaged at the same time, plus the stainless steel is cooling. *For the record, your videos and Robert's videos are the only ones I subscribe to for beauty advice. I've used Lancome since the early 90's, so I am very devoted to the brand. That said, I recently purchased your set of makeup brushes, and they are beyond fabulous! They are so soft. I will probably gift a set of those brushes to both of my daughters eventually. Great video. Thanks so much for all you do! ❤

Can I just say thank you for this video!!! I have never been into makeup too much and this video helped me. The only gripe I have is that everyone doesn't have a whole lot of money to shop at Ulta or department stores and can find alternatives in your local drug store. I looked fabulous at my son's wedding and even had someone tell me that they could not take their eyes off of me because I looked stunning. (Not my words, it was his words) It's not easy at 54 but I also want to say. If you have skin that doesn't have a lot of blemishes, you can skip the foundation but make sure you hydrate the skin and still wear the pore reduction primer and concealer. That's what I did. I can’t wear falsies. I think they look awful on me. I feel like a drag queen LOL but I love them on other ladies. About the baccarat hair mist, do you find it dries out your hair?
