Hi Wendy, these look gorgeous. May I share a tip. I don’t use egg white to mix the colour. I use Vodka, a little more expensive but safer. Vodka evaporates, no fear of an eggy smell. I don’t colour my marzipan. The insides are white. Learnt that from a German Chef. May I include another tip. Roll the marzipan dough into a 3/4/1 inch log. Then cut the log into 3/4/1 inch pieces. This way, you end up with the fruit being about the same size - again, thanks to the German Chef.

Absolutely incredible and inventive, love marzipan myself and last tried to make/mould these about 30 years ago and now I am going to try today! You are amazing! My choice would be for the strawberry!

Different recipe from our old family one, but these look great! For pear and orange stems I always use cloves. Never thought of using peppercorns! So pretty!

I tried making marzipan and it turned red very well. Thank you very much for sharing your receipie. First I made but the dough became very hard, sugar did not melt completely. Anything can be done out of that dough
