If tortures eliminated the extra turn from revival relics it would be too op i think. If u apply a lot of tortures you can kill the opponent in 2 or potentially even 1 turn. Death countdown cannot prevent a turn from happening, but it can prevent the turn from a revival relic. There would need to be some kind of rework for tortures/turn sequence bc no status effect in the game can deny a turn *and* kill all in one. You need to combine denial with death countdown, but if tortures could do it then it would become a lesser denial.
i dont feel like it would because you invest turns into applying tortures, which a relic just negates. For example, it is better to just kill the monster straight away then applying tortures and letting it die to the tortures IF it has the revival essence because you just wasted a turn
Been struggling to get gems by doing Tasks in Monster wood but little did I notice THEY FLAGGED IT on my device so that's why I said something in there Tikaani short about this problem
I think primerion is still better because he is faster on a base level and he can just baby reverse her and time stop from taking any turns and applying her tortures. Good review though, love this monster too
I lost so many battles purely from the mater geneza essence on mater geneza, I defete mater geneza and the random beduff + damage kicks in before the revive, and 30% of the time the random debuff is trait disable to my block resurection its so annoying.

Every monster is absolute garbage when compared to JJ. Won 10 battles in a row in Olympus league, but jj was not in those teams. Then lost the next 6 with jj in the other team. It's insane, I'm pretty sure he could beat any team just on his own. Denials always miss and then he just wipes you out with his stupid trait disableand you don't get a go. I think sp consider all their monsters to make them not too good, but with JJ I don't know what they were doing. Extra turner, immune to tortures, easy to awaken and trait disable amd stun so he has time to re awaken and do it all again if your not dead already. Totally crazy, other than jj I love the game but it really makes me feel like stopping playing the game.
