I dont know how to title this, but this is my favorite and most rarest cards that I own! -- Main Channel: / rhymestyle Twitter: / rhymestyle Instagram: / rhymestyle
After watching and reading One Piece for years, I got into the card game a bit ago and absolutely love the quality of the cards! The manga rares are some of my favorite cards from any TCG as an avid reader, it is very nostalgic and beautiful to see. I am hating the insane blow up from the new set as i really wanted to pull one of the new ones Edit: I just got to the end of the video and now I am jealous...
I really love your mixed Collection. I mainly collect DBS, many Pokémon und some Yugioh, nostalgic WS Cards like Avatar and Stitch.. nothing specific, just everything you/I love 🔥
Your card collection is insane! Every card its just perfect and becket is under rated they look fire. Although id dread to know how much you spent all together but then again if you love something then its preicless. Im greatful to see the cards bro :) you should open a museum one day 😂
I love this kind of videos!! That manga Luffy is beautiful!! Actually i've just seen your story on Instagram that you repley to my question about OP tcg!! Happy new year!!
Man some of your cards bring back so much memories when I used to watch or you use to upload more videos. Wish I picked up some vintage cards before all the hype, now it's just too expensive now.
I just started getting my cards graded and finally got my first black label card, it was nami alt art from the op05. It’s the first black label too making it extra special to me. Definitely the coolest thing I own.
Favorite Lugia is for sure the Crystal, one of my grail cards! Favorite card in my collection is probably my Ghost Rare DMG in a CGC Gem Mint 10! Love the collection videos and hope more show up on my feed :D
I really wish I bought more Duelist Genesis packs as a kid because Stardust Dragon is my favorite card and to have it as a Ghost rare would have been awesome.
Love this video. I decided to build up my collection after I decided to stop flipping. It’s focused mainly on Dragon Ball and Pokemon. Two of my best cards are PSA 7 Gyarados: one is a shining gyarados and the other is a first edition base set.
I don't collect cards much though I do dabble (just grab ones with cool art, and still have my base set pokemon cards from back in the day including a charizard) and I *totally* don't blame your vids for getting me back in to that. I'm very much a game collector though, top 3 of those I got are a complete copy of Chulip, my copy of Godzilla ps4 and my Holy Grail: A complete copy of Rule of Rose. Once I was able to secure RoR, I actually stopped actively looking for games and went several months without so much as a entertaining the thought of getting more non new releases.
jesus man that collection has grown to some stuff ill never imagine to see in person. Thats so wild. congrats on that collection dude its so impressive.
I used to be heavy into shoe collecting in my younger years. I've almost sold everything off now, but I've replaced the obsession and gotten back into cards this past year with Pokemon and Yugioh. I've got to admit, your videos on the Ephemeral Mai and Green Secret DDM DMG put those 2 cards into my grail list. I even got my wife to watch the Quints with me recently because of your videos and we're looking into the Weiss cards for that now haha 😅 By the way, have you seen the new DMG art just announced in the OCG in Quater Century Secret Rare??
I’m collecting unopened Pokémon Packs. I have been grabbing 2 packs for each set for the last four years to give to my kid when he graduates college. Figured it would be a fun idea for him and I to have matching sets:-) I have been watching Shangri-La Frontier and I have been very pleasantly surprised. Super fun series, and not what I expected. And the second is Eminence of the shadows, fan of the Manga and the anime follows so well
My favorite card from my collection is my ghost rare startdust dragon ps9 which is one of my favorite monsters from my childhood and getting it in one of its rarest version and having it in a 9 will always make it super special to me would never get rid of that card and setting my Sights on trying to get at 10 at some point in my life now that’s a grail card
Some of my favorite/rare cards (not really that rare I guess) lol. My base set Charizard and Blastoise, my secret rare M Charizard Y, 1st edition Fossil Dragonite holo, my prerelease Dark Gyarados(s), Radiant Charizard, Alt art Wargreymon, Quarter Century Dark Magician, Slifer, Change of Heart, and Avramax. (I just restarted getting back into Yugioh this past year.)
I really appreciate your approach to collecting and not focusing on the financial value 😊 since the Pokémon TCG hype there is such an overemphasis on the prices...
I mean don’t get me wrong, it’s cool to see stuff appreciate and it’s not wrong for values to be discussed. I just don’t like how it seems like THE ONLY focus. It’s always “what’s the most expensive card you own” vs “what’s the coolest card you have?”
I collect video games and I think my top 3 pieces in my collection are Fire Emblem Path of Radiance CIB, Pokémon Emerald CIB, and a demo cartridge of Pokémon Diamond and Pearl. Collected games pretty much all my life but got really into the hobby just before the pandemic.
My favorite card is my very first yugioh card. It’s a kazuki art from the 2017 jump manga promo. My collection for yugioh is not the best compared to others due to financial reasons but it will get there one day. Another cool item I own is an original death symbolic cd from 1995. My favorite album of all time.
hey rhymestye just curious but do you collect complete graded sets like a full psa 10 neo genesis unlimited and 1st edition holo set or are you more of a person who likes to collect a bit of everything?
@@Rhymechan I get that. I wanted to chase the gogeta and the ultra instinct GDR cause they are gorgeous cards but its hard to justify the cost for such a slim chance
I picked up some really dope comics this year like, First appearance of Mary Jane Watson in comics, first John Romita SR on amazing Spider-Man (first artist to take over after Steve Ditko), and a few 90s Marvel cards slabbed cause the art on those are dope as fuck
That lugia is also my favorite pokemon card that exists. One day i hope to own a psa 10 ist edition. My second favorite card is only like 15 20 bucs even now but its the jungle flareon with the rainbow foil pattern on it. That card always pops to me. Everything else cokes a far second to those 2. I agree with the idea of collection for enjoyment. No shade but if im colecting something the vlaue of it only matters if youre looking to offload it. But if you dont plan to ever sell it the vlaue doesn't mean as much as just owning it. Especially if its a piece of history from our childhood. Love watching these videos rhyme. Been looing into y schwarz recently because of your recommendations. Thank you🫶
Not the most Expensive card ever, but my brother got me a Ghost Rare Power Tool Dragon and an Ultra Rare Revolution Synchron for Christmas. Very happy with them. (Power Tool is my favorite YuGiOh monster.)
I caved for Weiss even more I ended up getting a couple Lena’s from the 86 anime such beautiful cards Recommendations: 86, mieruko Chan, andddd goblin slayer went hard season two
Some of my favorite items in my collection are my creator signed slabs i love my gem mint 10 mr mime full art from celestial storm signed by pokerev also I have a carvanha reverse from ex team magma vs team aqua and cool trainer Ryan wrote f*** Leonhart and signed it for me two of my favorite cards I own I also really love my full art trainer only binder and my meowth only binder and I recently graded my personal alt art gengar from fusion strike and I’m sponsored by a small grading company called TCGC and since I don’t ever plan on selling it I graded it through them because I get a discount through them and it hit the 10 .5 away from hitting their pristine/black label for bgs but I’m really happy with it but ya I have so much I could mention but I will be here forever typing haha but anyways that crystal Lugia is my holy grail I just hope I atleast own that card one day I just need a raw one atleast I have a very fond memory of that card and I just miss that one the most from my childhood collection! 💯
Mainly on Pokemon and one piece. Rarest probably some Sun and Moon era full art trainers. Was picking up some XY full arts. The Lugia and Espeon/Umbreon so nice. Don't make full arts like they used to.
Whether it's rare or your favorite cards, it doesn't matter. As long as you like it and you're proud of it, that's all that matters at the end of the day.
@@Rhymechan It was BGS unfortunately, should I resend it? I wasn't sure at first too because it was my first time grading so didn't know what to expect
@@Rhymechan I no Rhyme I full understand that. I am in the same boat. I was just being a little selfish lol. I really enjoyed watching your openings over the years
@@Rhymechan I hear you. Forgot to mention that I love your Weiss collection. Got into Weiss because of your videos. Can't wait to see your next purchases.
My top 3 are; my 3 BGS 10 gold label Prismatic God Cards, my 7.5 SM-51 Blue-Eyes and my BGS 9 Ghost Rare Winged Dragon of Ra. :] EDIT: I'm so dumb I forgot about my Ghost Rare Blue-Eyes Alternative that I pulled myself and graded a PSA 10 LMAO
@@Rhymechan Sister just wasn’t interesting to me and expected to see their relationship develop further during the last couple episodes. Good show otherwise.
