SECONDLY, the bottle used in fermenting it, is it covered with another thing that can allow air into it or we can as well use the bottle cover as per the container cover that won't let air in?

You can start giving them from first week. It depends on you. But I like to allow them grow to at least 14 days on their own.

For a scale of 10,000 birds, how does one make this ? How do you store it up.. If it was just 10 broilers it would be understandable, but how do i do this for 20,000 birds ? Please help

A Rolls royce is not intended to convey a group of 30 people going on a road trip. But if they must use Rolls royce, then they must be willing to go in convoy. That aside, it is 10ml to 1L of water. That is 5L of the solution to 500L of water, which is enough water to serve 1500 birds at slaughter age (around 40 days). So it is doable if you want to! You just won't be using my glass jar

The formulation is for chickens. Even if you can serve to ram, it might be a different formulation. But I’ve not tried that to be able to tell you
