I've been using Doterra EO for about 5 yrs now and there isn't a day that goes by, I use my oils for something. My best friend suffers from migraines 3 to 4 days out of the week. I asked her to try some of my oils and she agreed. 2 drops each of copiaba and frankincense under the tongue. Within 30 minutes her migraine was gone. She was so delighted!

I absolutely love your videos especially on essential oils am always on the lookout for new ways and recipes to use the oils I have the only one I will use internally is Doterra wild orange have gotten prior education on that particular oil to be used as a dietary supplement but normally I just use it in the bath with almond oil and Epsom salt

Are you using water based essential oils? My diffuser retailer told us that we can only put water based essential oils 😓

Thanks, for sharing. my daughter has extreme anxiety... I did wonder what is the proper dosage for lemon EO in water & how long can you continue doing this?

T. Ruth T I hope this recipe helps her! I do 1-2 drops in 8 ounces of water. You can do this several times a day.
