bruv, thats excellent! but for beginners: if you put the band under the edge at the other (seat)side you'll be able to adjust the other side (back side) in order for you to adjust the backrest at a 30° or 45° incline so you can first slowly improve your muscle memory connection. almost the same as a regular "Nordic Weight Bench". Don't ever risk "killing" your hamstrings.
It´s a cheap set-up, but not the best one. Your feet are right next to each other which makes the nordic curl even more difficult. You need your feet to be supporting you at the width of your shoulders.
