I recorded this using the beta of iPadOS18. Some nice tricks there (like handwriting tidy up), but until Apple Intelligence arrives I’m holding off going all in on Notes. I’ll make a deep dive once some of the AI features are released.
@@ThatMarkGilroy idk but many are reporting the same, I checked in iPad analytics when I was using apple notes with my pencil , cpu usage was more than 80-90 percent . And note app is lagging when writing, apple need to fix this bug.
When you’re talking about Milanote, you briefly showed your stylus. Is that an Apple Pencil? What sleeve do you have on it? It looks like a pen. :) It looks cool. :)
Hi! Yep, I like to customise my Apple Pencil. The grip on there is from Paperlike too along with the custom tips. The black/white design is a dbrand skin. They come in packs of three. The annoying thing is that you can only buy them with an iPad skin, but they’re really nice!!
Would you say these apps would be good for someone who has dyslexia and short attention span so adhd? I’m looking to change the colour of the backgrounds when writing as I noticed doing things like that helps a lot
Hi Rebecca. Two things: 1) Craft has a dedicated 'Focus' button that pulls away all other menus/tabs when you're writing in one click. This might be helpful. 2) Milanote has a number of appearance amends that you can make to improve legibility. I have a few other friends (also creators) with ADHD who have all said that Milanote helps.
Bear has added the capacity to handwrite within the app. It now searches these handwritten notes as well. Does the same for images of my handwriting that I bring in from my e-ink tablet. It has become a very good all around app. Not as simple as one might think.
I think my challenge with Bear is that it reminded me too much of Evernote. Nice clean interface though! I might give it another try sometime (that handwriting image trick is very cool).
@@Andre_modest Now AI does more good job to study. It creates flash cards . Did you ever face Remnote hanging during your works ? I used to face lots of slowness during works with Remnote.
Just take down the notes ! What the actual hell is this app that app. Apple Notes is the everything you need. These apps with supposedly 'extra' features are just there to distract you with gimmicks rather than actually improving the overall productivity.
@@shivanshtripathi7274 I’m pretty sure I say that most people should just use Apple Notes early in the video, no? If you need to draw or make visual notes, Apple Notes doesn’t really cut it.
