It depends on your video card. Biocubic is more commonly used. Lancoz only if you have an high end video card.

You recommended having max 4500 bitrate for 1080p, why not 6000??

ima guess he was talking about for an average computer that hast 1080p, 6000 for bitrate is normally for computers that have a little more power in them so they can support that.

That means ur graphic card isn’t strong enough to be used so u have to use x264. X264 is your cpu

If you don't see the GPU, x264 is your best option
