Adrian Chiles doesn't know anything about football though. He should be doing the rugby. I met him once. He was one of the rudest people I've ever had the displeasure to talk to.
Malicious Megan get over yourself. Nothing to do with feminism or ‘liberalism’ (I’m sure you don’t actually mean liberalism, because that’s right wing), it’s just the sad way that the corporation’s developed.
@@summitsummit3634 people are so brainwashed by bullshit right wing propaganda masquerading as """""feminist cringe"""""" it's unbelievable. People have no understanding of what feminism is as an ideology and what it stands for
@@matthewhull3977 Hmm, I don't know about you, but I don't think demanding the women's team be paid the same amount as the men's is "fighting for equality" as much as it is fighting against reality. If that's a piece of it's ideology and what it stands for, then I can't tell who's really brainwashed. As far as real progress goes, I don't think many people nowadays would be against equal rights anyway, so true feminism might have just died quietly for a lack or purpose and all we get today is hysteria.
@@AS-mw6pw facebook.com/fcumusa/ - I watched the 'Punk Football' documentary on them, fell in love with their club ideals, and joined their USA branch. This is their logo of solidarity. Seems as good an icon as any for this place. And thanks for asking.
BigBlack81 no offence mate, but I don’t The the FC United fans want anything to do with anything American. In fact, they’re trying to distance themselves from the Americanisation of the English game
@@AS-mw6pw And you don't think more than a few Americans might AGREE with your position and make our game more like what you're advocating? You'd be surprised how deep the dissent is over here on more issues than just the football AS football. It's kind of like that Barcelona aspect of 'More Than A Club'. It's the philosophy I most agree with and most would love to see take root here in any way it could be done. I see the advantages of such a system as FCUM wants.
BigBlack81 Americans have no idea. You’ve no idea about English football culture. You think by waving a few flags and imitating European/South American ultras you’re creating passion and an atmosphere. English football culture is about the working class. It’s about singing with passion, without the need for drums or megaphones or anything like that. It’s also about just taking the piss and having a laugh with your mates. Going to the local pub before the game. Everyone knows each other and there’s a community spirit. And hooliganism as well is a part of English football culture, although I don’t endorse it, it is part of our culture and it’s more or less dead now compared to the 70s and 80s. Americans would never understand any of that. Also everywhere used to be standing, terraces. Americans sit there at a match with a burger, hot dog or a bag of popcorn or whatever the fuck you have over there. And it’s crept into the English game and I hate it.
haha that balloon one, towards the right of Fergie, I think he and other ppl on the bench (apart from the guy who popped the balloon) all got scared as well lol
