Thanks for your comments! The dressing was a Ponzu based sauce, very fresh and worked well with the salmon. We were surprised to see poutine too, but pleased as it was delicious 🤤

Aww you're too kind, you've made Mrs Food Followers day! 🥰 We travelled to Japan (before the channel started) so practiced a lot beforehand to try and not embarass ourselves 😂
