If you look closely at 10:04, he looks like he's wanna trying to hold to not to laugh and then looking at Red Team and the camera zoom in to Melissa, the woman with crazy hair. Jen is actually a decent chef but I can't take her seriously anymore after she picked up pasta from trash bin! Bonnie is a crybaby and makes a lot of mistakes. Melissa started out decent but she goes downhill and even her hair getting messier each season. Julia even though she's a good chef, she's still be underestimated by everybody because she's a Waffle House Cook. However, it really implied that Rock would win since Day One even when he served a frozen gnocchi on his signature dish. Rock carrying the Blue Team alone on his shoulder.

Well, Melissa did have a decent start but fizzled out towards the end. Aside from the trash pasta, Jen did (somewhat) have leadership qualities. Bonnie was just there imo; not really a spectacular chef perse. Julia was great on the line but sadly the lack of experience was an issue. Like Season 1 & 2, the winner was already locked in.
