Basically female Larry Bird. Can shoot from anywhere, post up, drive the hoop. 50-40-90 club and shot 97% from the FT line last season, which is the second highest percentage in basketball history, male or female.
@@EddieCCanegetitin He does tho :) Many NBA players supports the WNBA. and why wouldnt they? Just because they "suck" in your opinion doesn;'t mean that they deserve respect. And I actually have a picture with Draymond Green and John Wall at a WNBA game in LA. Weird ass combination right?
I have a great crush on her,too bad we both like GIRLS,but really she is one of the greatest female basketball player of all time, very beautiful.A Katherine Heigel lookalike. Why does she have to like girls and get married?.that hurts.
This is why I was telling people. It's not simping to just admit WNBA is cool to watch when E.D.D is on the court, same with BG. I mean it ain't NBA (DUH), but I can watch a game once in a while when we got these kinda games going. Much respect! Girls can hoop, but people are trippin when they say middle school teams and such can beat a top WNBA team xD; they've been watching too many youtube satire vids during this quarantine. E.D.D is cold~

@@kashhh2 6'5 but your point stands... She plays similar to Joel imo.. Also the 7th tallest player actively playing wnba so yeah she usually the tallest most nights
Delaware’s greatest female athlete, I wouldn’t say athlete because Randy White also came from there. White was recruited by Coach Roy Lester of Maryland, but the next head coach Jerry Clailborne got him ready for the pros.
I was looking for this. This is my first time analyzing her highlights. She paces herself like Luka, but moves and scores like Dirk, especially in that post
Delle is the one player that if she was a few inches taller I would say could play in the NBA. She has a natural Small Forward game she just doesn't have Small Forward size in the NBA. She wouldn't be a superstar but at least on a roster and perhaps even in the rotation.
All-time, Elena Delle Donne is #1 in the WNBA and the NBA for free throw percentage at 93.8% per game. If compared to the NBA all-time and with active players, Elena Delle Donne is #1, Shatori Walker-Kimbrough is #2 (WNBA, 90.9%), and Stephen Curry #3 (90.6%). Currently, Elena Delle Donne is #1 in the WNBA for points per game, at an average of 20.3 points. If statistically compared to NBA active players (not regarding other possible factors), would be number 12 if compared to NBA today. Considering repeated numbers, she would be number 11 today. I am ignorant when it comes to women's basketball. Whether these are statistically significant is hard to say, as the GP in women is oddly very low compared to men. In addition, this does not account for whether there were attempts to make basketball “easier” for women by lowering the basketball headboard, by the size of the ball, or by social dynamics. Also, some discrepancy between female players may make it easier for women. For example, when faced against other women, Brittany Griner blocks the most (at a very good 3.0 per game, and if compared to NBA would be number 4 of all time) but she is also considerably taller than them. These numbers may not reflect how good the player is, but rather, how bad the other players are. I think, though, that maybe shooting is different. stats.wnba.com/alltime-leaders/?SeasonType=Regular%20Season&PerMode=PerGame stats.nba.com/alltime-leaders/?SeasonType=Regular%20Season&PerMode=PerGame&ActiveFlag=Yes
She can dunk, yes. But they don’t. Too much stress on the body w/contact. She could dunk on a break if she wanted but she just never attempted, the women are not encouraged by the league to do so.
OlaGolme Oh boy. She is looking great in these clips against WNBA comp, but let’s not get hasty here. That’s like saying “man.. this 8th grade kid is killing it against other 8th graders... he’s ready for the NBA right now”.
OlaGolme with all due respect, I don’t think she could make a roster. The NBA competition is just too heavy. Yes. She is very skilled and is great against other women. The men’s game is just in another level entirely. Again... I respect your opinion and I could be wrong.
Despite several uncalled travels, this is a really strong WNBA player. Great open shot and good inside game. Decent ball control too compared to so many I’ve seen in WNBA.
That league is so incredibly slow. The defense must be invisible because I didn't see any. That had to be the most boring highlight reel I have ever watched.
EddieCCanegetitin Yeah right mate hahahahahahahaha i’m not even a basketball player. I play chess. Funny to think WNBA is more boring than CHESS 🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️🤷🏻♂️😂
