The comparisons between Emma and Margot are understandable. When I see Margot now I always think it's Emma.

Emma is so divine, and the BEST choice to play Maeve! I must be the ONLY person who doesn't think that she looks like Margot Robbie, but maybe more so with pink hair than as a brunette!😆💜

Emma Mackey is easily the (for me) the best cast member in that show. As much as others make you feel, I never get the chills or feel happy/sad as much as I get from her performance as Maeve, easily the most believable imo. This lass will hopefully have the brightest of futures.

How did she learn to speak english with a perfect accent that fast? Especially because shes french. I know that english education in france is not that great and french people often have trouble learning the language. WoW very impressive.

Episode 3 is ( if i remember rightly) when Maeve gets pregnant. A fantastic episode, brilliantly done. ' You waited'. Such a great piece of telly.

Had the privilege to watch the series, finally!, this past few weeks. I have to say though, that Emma does not look like Margot. Maybe at some angle, but it's not that noticeable. She's right in saying that it might be her hair color in season 1 but as a brunette they're totally different. I'm looking forward to more of her work, she's a really good person based on her interviews, she has that intelligence and wit in her. Definitely she has a bright future ahead in acting. Each character arc in the series is really sooo good that you're in for a roller coaster ride. Highly relatable! I would love for all the characters to have a proper closure. Secretly wishing for a happy ending maybe? It would not hurt to have a 5 years worth of time jump just to age up the characters because we all know that the actors can't keep playing 17 year olds forever.
