Capitals have gotten a steal the past two drafts between Ivan and lapierre. Somewhat risky yet high potential rewards for these guys. Caps will always be competitive
Would love to see what kind of person he is off the ice. Certain people have that magnetic energy on the ice. Confidence, dominance, execution. If he can maintain this in the NHL, he will be a huge player for the capitals.
high potential, not to sure about the level of his floor. this guy is going need to spend some time in the AHL before NHL. I feel like if he went to a team like the Devils would be a great team to pick him, because imagine if this guy can reach his potential then play with Hughes. The devils could have a top line of Miroshnichenko-Hughes-Holtz (imagine if that line can reach its potential). I have Miroshnichenko ranked 9th overall. My 1st rankings I made around Nov. 14th had him ranked 10th. Then from then on until January 19th had him outside the top 10. Now I ranked him 9th on my January 19th rankings.
