A trucker who really lived man. This man is a legend from small towns to the biggest cities. Old school truckers love this guy. I grew up with my dad always praising john force
Im 52 yrs old and been watching John steam ahead since his early days. I can honestly say with my heart that I love this man for who he is and what he stands for. John Force is thee all American man who stands for great morals, business minded and family values. Hes on my bucket list to meet him someday to shake his hand !
I feel so fortunate, I got to work with him, he is just such a friggin cool guy man!!!! that’s not trying to brag or anything like that. It’s just something that I still can’t believe and just to share the fact that he is one hell of a great guy, he genuinely paid attention to all the guys that worked on the various teams. He recognize hard work, and yeah…. That was at least a decade ago but still, still think he’s one of the best people at all motorsports period! 😊
,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,His energy is endless in those interviews with Steve Evans.......American Icon ,, still alive...........Never will anyone come close ......
,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,legendary......one of a kind family..........I love the driving force dvd's from the early days....................He made competition near fun.....JMJ...
Love him or hate him,a true pioneer of the sport we all love. NOTHIN that man hasnt done in 1320 ft...upside down on fire flipped over backwards shootin fire & kickin ass!!!
I am not a race fan ,but came across this video and this guy is awesome. In fact I’m getting Castro’s oil just to show my support to this guy and his crew!
1985 Atlanta you start talking to me acted like my best friend and from that point on I considered you my best friend in drag racing quality for years it sure meant a lot thanks John❤❤❤❤
My wife and I just moved into a rented house. We started to walk in the neighborhood and noticed a huge mansion atop a hill with a bridge leading to a gazebo. I was intrigued to view this gorgeous home from satellite imagery. I found out the house belonged to a man by the name of John Force.... I've never watched funny car races. Watched this highlight video and immediately fell in love with John Force. He earned everything he has. God Bless him!
Love you John, when you are interviewed you are for real. I miss you giving God (or in your words The Good Lord) the glory. At 74+ you have an opportunity to to give it to us straight. You remind me of my dad. Give us (me and my wife) another win. Stay safe and pray.
He was a real rabid foamer back in the day !! He brought a self absorption to drag racing that killed it being a "gentleman's sport", but brought nhra into a modern age too..
,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,An original......never will ever , the world of drag racing see another personality with so much natural energy.........as Mr. John Force......Love Austin Coil,,,,,,, the man that builds the tune up................. ......................
,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,Great energy can never get old.........It becomes legendary ; everyone wants a taste of it......Bigger than the biggest of known legendary figures.......His decades of achievement are way beyond other people in sports......But Drag Racing is more than a sport.......Science is the winning key,,,,,not luck alone.........
Classic Force...I was with my dad racing in Spokane and Force was match racing their in the early 90's...he did a 1/4 mile burnout turned around and came back up in the other lane swung back round again and did a full pass...then dad gave him some cash and beer for his used tires that we ran on our car!
The one I'll never forget was when he burned it down but won the championship. I'd like to thank my sponsors y'all know who ya are I'll be calling you in the morning, we burnt this one to the ground but we won the championship.
Back when a John Force interview was fun!! When Force was having fun!! Now it's just the "business man" saying "Castrol" 20 times a minute...like Nascar
He was so much better back then. This is why I was and still am a fan of him. Now though, he just wants to hurry up and lose in the first round so he can sit back and play team owner.
+Luxornv that is absolutely not true, have you seen the battle against him hagan last year? or the temper and emotion he had this year with rival team DSR? Believe me, there is not a person that has more heart in drag racing than John Force. Thats why you still see him in a car at 66 years old. If being a team owner would be something he wants,he wouldve quit last year when ford and castrol left.
Back about 20+ years ago, early to mid 90's.... It was all John Force and Dale Earnhardt. TNN had race day at the end of the day Sunday. It was a great time to be alive. I'd sit in my college dorm room at Ohio State ATI in Wooster doing diesel mechanics and hydraulic homework all day Sunday with motor sports on TV, eating Amish goodies and big glasses of sweet tea.
Does anybody know if there is a video of a John Force interview he did shortly after a blower explosion and fire? His firesuit was still smoking during the interview.. Don't remember if it was late '80's or 90's but it was after a rash of explosions that season. Anyone remember???
