In all technicality she was always daisy Johnson before Skye because she named herself after she was 4 at least so she just didn’t know she was plus Skye isn’t official it is basically a nickname and her legal name was always also daisy because it was registered at birth.

@@agentemerald4563 Okay yeah, clarification: her birth name is Daisy, but the name they gave her at the orphanage was Mary Sue Poots, which I'm assuming would be her "registered" name. She tells Eric Koenig this in season 1, while taking the lie detector test. I don't know if her Cal and Jiaying registered her name when they gave birth to her, but she definitely changed the official records after the events of season 2, I'm assuming.

​@@CaptainCanadaTV Well, to be fair, Garrett manipulated him when he was vulnerable and kind of indoctrinated him into HYDRA, and he seemed to have a few mental issues that his family really didn't help in his childhood, and he does have a lot of trauma, and he did kill Kara accidentally (though of course, he was aiming to kill someone else, so that doesn't really count), and as we see in the Framework, had a few circumstances changed slightly, he would've actually ended up a pretty decent person. However... Daisy should've aimed for the face.

I know season 1 S.H.E.I.L.D was so innocent I just wanted to protect them especially Fitzsimmons they've changed so much

I loved skye! She was so positive and nice and innocent and didn't hate fitz (because he didn't betray her like he did in season 5 but still if it happened in season 5 it's more understanding and she'd probably forgive him and yeah,) and she was so like not serious.

She’s been through so much; it’s bound to change you. It’s amazing writing and consistency. Ward’s betrayal, terrigenesis, finding her parents, etc, and shit just went outright downhill for her since Hive’s sway and Lincoln’s sacrifice. But nooooow Season 7 she’s finding happiness again!!!! Bits of S1 Skye is showing up!! 😍😍😍 LOVE THIS SHOW
