Funny show-- and sketch comedy is so often hit or miss. I still remember my favorite bits from Smack the Pony, including the 'Without You" singing battle, the window cleaner man with the kitten in his shorts, the two ladies having the lipstick contest (putting on increasingly more and more) in a night club powder room, and more. Good stuff. Here in the States we've not had many sketch shows, and rare good ones. SNL has been less than mediocre since the 1990s. And there will never be another Carol Burnett Show again; that was wonderful. It seems that the best sketch programs are always imported, be it Kids in the Hall, French and Saunders, or Monty Python's Flying Circus.
If must be so difficult, being the king and queen of england, whilst laughing at the stature of the king and queen of England? Hense, i'll walk. I suppose with the future king and queen of England. Call it a long shot at the casino.
