Random encounters musicals are what held me over during 2020 I love all the musicals this year

Last year: matpat takes trophy for best villain. This year: Natewantstobattle takes trophy for best villain. Lol those two are villain buddies now.

2020 may have sucked, but we all agree random encounters made it better.

This has convinced me to A) Listen to all RE 2020 musicals again B) Rewatch the Shovelwarewolf C) Wait patiently for January's musical

I need to take a minute to point out and appreciate the fact that the Beard was hidden in the background for the "Best Beard Cameo" segment, and only for that segment. Because that's what I do. (And yes, I voted for the bell tower as best prop solely to support Malcolm!)

Well, The Shovelwarewolf definitely takes the cake for most laughs out of me.

Hear me out: Your turn to die musical (Danganronpa seems unlikely unfortunately but I am still extremely grateful for all of the musicals RE has poured their heart and soul into)

It makes me sad that shovelwarewolf didn't get any awards even through it was nominated for like 5 categories. Then I got even sadder when Nate made the comment about no one watching it.

Who else has been waiting for this since January 1st?

Spookys jumpscare musical will still be my favorite Katie did such a good job! Also I love that the title changed it was “the people have spoken “ but now it’s the best of the best 2020 re awards

i guess't almost everything wright but i was expecting emergency meeting to win but i'm so happy that phasmophobia won since that was my favorit song of the year

I like how all musicals have won in something Also, being songs from Random Encounters, it's hard to be of poor quality :)

Having finished the video, I'm pretty happy with the results. The only one that I felt was a snub was Best Twist, mainly because I felt the twist for that one was a little easy to guess.

I think the others are complaining that AJ and Gwen are cheating in the Best Duo category for being married. Doesn't stop me from voting for them!

Katie was ROBBED!!! She absolutely deserved the guest award, Nate already had another award, Katie absolutely stole the show in 3 musicals across the year, se deserved it more than anyone!!! #JusticeForKatie

Shovel werwolf deserved something... here it gets a gold star ⭐️

Even with all the setbacks of this year, 2020 was one of RE's best years. The projects that were created this year are some of the catchiest, lovable projects I've seen. And I find it funny how Web of Lies is my all time favorite, how it won best musical last year, how Phasmophobia is my second favorite, and how it won best musical this year. I guess I have good taste.

I think people just like among us and phasmaphobia.

This is the second year anniversary of me being absolutely obsessed with random encounters. I remember that whenever I'm bored tidying my room the amount of times I searched up 'Random encounters musicals.' I am so proud of all of the crew and I have honestly been obsessed with re for ages so keep up all of the absolutely amazing work!!

AJ rhyming made my day. I was very surprised Phasmaphobia won, but honestly it deserved it. I could not stop listening to it once it came out. Most of my predictions were right though. HAPPY NEW YEAR!

Hey I watched the shovel werewolf and it was amazing.

I love how when the say AJ Pinkerton as Rod the scene showed was actually Nate in the costume...but thank you guys for all the dedication and love y'all put into your videos. They really helped my get through 2020. Also like Gwen asked for...The musicals made in 2020 were created under some of the harshest conditions in RE history. They were filmed with small casts, without new locations, with fewer supplies, and zero vacations. The burn out was real, frustration was high, and at least once a week my wife watched me cry. We busted our butts and were so proud to say that each project we filmed turned out mostly ok and somehow in spite of this difficult time and I swear that this segment was not meant to rhyme, we’re here to announce the year’s biggest star. Last year’s RE Awards made me realize that I loved Keep Talking and Nobody Explodes a lot more than I thought I did, as well as that I wasn’t alone in liking it. The same thing happened this year with Phasmaphobia, and I’m pumped to see that it won Best Musical!
