I thought that was the second level of comedy being that Phoebe Cates is best known for her opening up her top part of her red bikini and revealing herself in Fast Times at Ridgemont High, which is what the older actress (“Lily”) seemed to be referencing with how she was acting with her blouse. So it made it extra silly that Jack was into the old woman but not the hottie he came in with, standing by his side. But then, I realized Phoebe was probably to old for when this scene was filmed for The Office, so I looked it up. That’s crazy to see how much Jessica looked like Phoebe back in the day!
