Gino is absolutely hilarious, the region is beautiful, this is easily my favorite episode. Also love seeing Fred leading the staff, he does drinks, front of house welcoming guests and leads the waiting staff, also while he isn't as strict as Gordon he leads with no nonsense, absolutely professional.

This is honestly what I wanted to see from Gordon instead of those Hell's Kitchen BS and others where he just yells non stop. I get that its also important, but this show is so humbling and you can honestly see each of their true characters and personalities, plus they work so well together! I'm gonna rewatch this again. :D

How have I only just found this? How long has the show been going for? Is it a series? So many questions. It's got an old-school Top Gear vibe. Top gear was about 3 blokes having a laugh first, and cars were their shared interest. This has the exact same feeling, just with food as the shared interest. It's great to see the other side to Gorden .
