The husbands do need to grow some balls. Women are attracted to me who can take up for themselves because that means they can protect the the family. It is hard wired through evolution, so these men share some of the blame. If they can't stand up to their wife, how are they going to stand up to others? Women don't respect doormats, employers don't respect door mats, bullies don't respect doormats.
