I played this for a few hours. It's not fun whatsoever. Don't be distracted by the fun hockey core -- once you get past stage 1 every single battle is filled with a team that has some way to limit your ability to play. One cult boss would teleport players in front of their goal to defend when you enter the o-zone, or would freeze your players when they have puck possession. They'd also make your stick 'slippery' so after one shot the player loses their stick and cant play. Just right after, you go against another group of 'disco players' who will randomly make you start dancing when you have puck possession, giving the puck away. If you want to play this game to cheese bosses by leaning into how the game wants you to play (throwing sticks to knock down the enemies, spam shooting and essentially trying to out cheese the enemy), go for it. If you want to play this game to play hockey, it's a 20$ frustration machine that will limit your ability to play hockey at every step of the way.
