This is so great! I would love your take on teachable! After your Podcast Accelerator I actually have my course on teachable but would love your take on some tips and tricks!!!
Great question, and thank you! I think any screen size would do the trick, and is more about your personal preference as the person using it. Similarly, I think flat and curved comes down to personal preference. What matters more is just choosing the right screen recording tool, since that’s what will affect the final video, not the monitor you use.
Of all these software/tools, I would also suggest you add CourseFunnels. It allows to create courses in varieties of languages and sell them easily with its profit-boosting plugins. It also has a star review system to get feedback from my clients.
Great question! Instead of slide-based videos, you'd probably be using more talking head videos. I talk about it a little more in this video on recording videos for your online course: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-PnGpyRlj3Mk.html
Hi, is loom compatible with most LMS sites? Citcle, Learning Worlds etc? I understand that kajabi is not scorm compliant, does this interfere with embedding videos etc? Thanks
Great question. The short answer is that you can either download Loom videos (to host natively) or embed Loom videos within almost any course platform. It depends on how videos are shown in that platform. I recommend this course platform comparison for more info: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-eTzGAIzP3sc.html LearnWorlds (witandwire.com/learnworlds) is the only platform I work with that offers SCORM functionality, since it’t not usually a requirement for solopreneurs.
Hi there, great question! We advise that you utilize whichever process is best for your course. Often you can use only slides or screen shares, but if your course involves a hands-on approach then you might want to do more of a demo. Hope this helps! Thanks, Team Wit & Wire
They're tough to compare head-to-head because Teachable is a course creation platform while SamCart is a checkout solution. So they're both better at their core competency, but you can choose only one if you have a preference for stronger course experience vs. stronger checkout experience.
