My favorite Oud scent is Royal Oud from Armani Prive. Absolutely in love from the first sniff

I am a big fan of Pegasus Exclusif too! More so than Layton Exclus’. Honestly, out of my 10 or so ouds, Alhambra Crafted Oud (carved oud clone) is probably my current fav. One that I can still wear on warmer spring days.

Last night I tried Armani Privé Oud Royal for the first time and I really enjoyed it, great quality.

Found aoud exclusif from your channel and man what a slept on fragrances that punches way above its weightclass. It deserves the hype of the more talked about scents like cedrat boise and instant crush

Frederic Malle “Dawn” , The Moon” and “The Night” are amazing oud frags. “The Night” has the highest concentration of oud of any fragrance in the world if I’m not mistaken but it’s balanced by the rose. Also Dusita Paris “Oudh Infini” is probably the strongest oud frag ever.

I like oud touch because I am cheap, and love the scent of oud. Mutamayez is another cheap favorite of mine. It has some fruity top notes and is more complex and longer lasting than oud touch. Well blended IMHO.

The Pegasus exclusif smells like Mancera Black Gold to me.

I absolutely LOVE Alexandria II. It smells luxurious and classy. I only wear it if I'm dressed up

I'm so happy I came across Alexandria ll last year... Smell it once and you'll start thinking about what to wear when you apply it the next time, it's special. When people smell it in the air and figure out it's you that smells that good you want to be dressed for that moment.

Great list. Alexandria II is on my bucket list for some time now and you got me curious about Pegasus Exclusif. Will definitely try both! If I should highlight my favourite oud fragrances other than AdP Oud and Gucci Intense Oud you already mentioned, it would be these: Costume National Soul Brioni EDP Intense Noasomatto Pardon …and of course Dior Homme Parfum.

I own several ouds. My favorites being Gucci Intense Oud, absolutely gorgeous scent for the price and Alexandria Orientale.

My girlfriend doesn’t share the same excitement for trying different new scents I do, but we recently went to Harrods and she was extremely intrigued by Amouage Opus XIII Silver Oud. Couldn’t stop smelling the tester strip. It’s in another price range of its own even above Xerjoff fragrances, and with that also way out of my budget, but worth a try if you haven’t yet!

I've always thought PDM Akaster is very overlooked as just another Oud Rose scent, it's my favourite of all oud scents I've smelt so far

I lived for a couple of years in the UAE and oud fragrances are so big there that there are a lot of cheaper options (most probably synthetic) that actually smelled great. A coworker gifted one to me and couldnt find it here in the US. I tried using it here and some people did not like it. Lol

I smelled Les Elixir Oud and was impressed, Kind of expensive. What can you suggest that might be a close dupe of it but more affordable?

My go to ouds are oud satin mood, Alex II and amber aoud by Roja.

I'm a huge fan of layton exclusive but haven't tried Pegasus exclusive. I'm hoping Mr. Romantic has oud in it🤞

I absolutely love my Chopard Oud Malaki. Always gets compliments and lasts 7 hrs + on my skin.

I don't think Versace Oud noir is actually discontinued. It's everywhere on discounters since late last year. Unfortunately the 2022 formulation is very weak, makes it harder to recommend.

Aqua di parma oud is probably the only oud sent for the summer. Really nice and underrated

Great video. You are a great reviewer. You're passionate about giving opinions on fragrances. I do own Mancera Aoud Exclusive. It is a highly recommended fragrance by myself for others to purchase. Three sprays will do the trick. Attention grabbing. I want to ask you or someone, please respond, I have a plan to purchase one fragrance per month for the rest of the year(2023). I have Oud Satin Mood to be purchased in August. Should I replace it with Xerjoff- Alexandria II? I have Montale Aoud Black, and it smells good also. Let me guess, no real Oud is in this fragrance.

Recently picked up Zaffiro collection crafted oud ...smooth oud with iris..its very sexy , my bottle have average performance tho maybe after 1-2 months of maturation it will be better

the tree has to be infected with a parisitica fungus that the tree's internal response is to produce a resin that happens to be wonderfully fragrant. there's a few ways I've read about 'wounding' the tree when it comes of age to produce oud. the wood is so resin packed, small bits of it can incense a whole room, or make a very special parfum if you spend a few hundo on a couple grams of the "sinky" wood 😉

Would really love to see Atrium fragrances take on a Oud scent 😉

Gucci Intense Oud and Versace Oud noir are both still sold in Canada and are my favourites, I’d stay away from Acqua di Parma it long as long as butter in a hot pan 😂

I'm not going to pretend it's one of the best oud fragrances but Sunnamusks Afgan Oud (fine oil) was what got me into fragrances beyond Fahrenheit and kuoros. I later bought the full bottle edp. I'm not as much a fan of the edp as the scent doesn't work well with perfumers alcohol, the drydown is very long lived though so it's worth the price. I've never been a fan of oud and rose so I find this list a bit limiting. Also not a fan of oud and sandalwood.

I think you forgot the best oud fragrance, carved oud.

Where on earth is “the night” by frederic Malle or Gucci “voice of the snake” or Amouage “silver oud”. Or cheapies like montale intense black oud, or montale Aoud cuir d’arabie. Sooooo many better oud representative fragrances that should’ve been listed over the ones in this video.

Lets get a list of Perfumes that use OUD Areej Bortnikoff Ensar (and now the best of them) Dixit and Zak Sorry mate but you have no clue about Oud if you list Xerjoff as your top pick. what is the max % of Oud your list has: 5% ? thats it Try Emperor Hind/Court or Ghaliyah Hind or Only Oud or Santal Oud Perhaps then you will have a clue

PDM do not use real oud whatsoever, as well as their sister company Initio. It is all marketing for them. Xerjoff Oud Start collection is 90% synthetic oud from Givaudan, IFF or Fiermenich, or the accords. Alexandria 2 has the accord, not the real oud.

Gucci oud intense beats most of these on price/value. Surprised you didn't include it.
