I know, then they show cam lol. I swear Carr didn't complete a fwd pass for more than 6 yds that season. Edit: on his "athleticism" he wore a receiver jersey and glove on his throwing hand and sucked ass and was thoroughly clowned at the time for it.

With all the other QB's you see on this list, I'm glad we have Stafford. He had to come out due to the injury rule with how long he was on the ground, but I think the other team called a timeout or something else stopped the game, so they could sub him back in. And he was mic'd up for this game.

Hey NFL? Can you guys seize all the footage of the helmet catch and edit the audio to something other than Joe Buck saying "stays on his feet. airs it out down the field. it is caught by Tyree" in a MONOTONE. VOICE. Every time I watch that amazing play I am distracted by how awful the call is. Let's rewrite history and give that play the call it deserves.

Well he kept the play alive and found the open receiver in OT as a strictly career pocket passer in the playoffs. It's a step outside the comfort zone and he created an opening for an otherwise triple teamed hall of fame WR. And just the pure speed of Matthews shows what he had to avoid.

Cam's best was a 2 yard run and Luck's was a 5 yard run. Pretty debatable if those are actually their best career plays, but still. Carr leaped like 5 yards before the 1st down marker to convert a 3rd down. It was a sick play.

I like how these plays can range from a nice block to an insane escape and pass during the Super Bowl. Also how their featured play could be the first play of their career or (like in Carson Palmer's case) come 13 years after being drafted.

I know that the SB 42 play is historic, but I would've put his SB 46 throw to Manningham above it. It was a better throw by Manning. But, both plays are equally amazing for different reasons.

Ehh, if Garrett's sack had been on Brady etc i would be impressed. Since its against the Jets (two basement dwellers facing off) it's kinda meh. Even though it was his first regular season professional football play.
