When you want the Fight/Poison dual-typing, but you create an abomination as a result...a small price to pay, for salvation. Team Plasma didn't make the DNA Splicers either. In B2/W2, the DNA splicers were originally owned by Drayden and hidden in his Gym in Opelucid City. Drayden said that these splicers were passed down in his family for generations, meaning his ancestors made them. And that they're specifically from the same era as the materials used in building the Dragonspiral Tower. Team Plasma stole them after freezing the city!
It's really funny to me that I see you on history/geography videos and also on pokemon videos. I can't tell if you're just everywhere or if we just follow the same niches.
"Brock the man with the big heart" don't forget his world-famous jelly-filled donuts! Nothing beats a jelly-filled donut! Brock is so wise. Never forget the time he said both of Ash's Pokémon are Water-types and they're totally weak against fire types (perhaps he was foreshadowing Ash vs. Alain). Or the time he had the genius idea of using his trusty frying pan as a drying pan during a storm...we're unworthy of such a god.
Since munch has played this before, I doubt he’ll mind a couple spoilers, but for new people, some explanations of the fusion: Fusion is done by using DNA splicers (as we know from the intro) and combines two Pokémon. When fusing Pokémon, one becomes the “head” while the other becomes the body. The typing of the Pokémon takes the Primary typing of the head and the secondary typing of the body. For example, fusing a Pidgey (head) and a bulbasaur (body) would make a normal poison type. If the types overlap (two grass types, something like that) they take the other type from the body I believe?
For anyone wondering if you want to unfuse any pokemon, just use the DNA splicer again on a fused pokemon. They will split the two meaning if you don't like a fusion, just undo and refuse. I'm currently playing this game with a randomizer and my fused starter is a Frazzure and a Kyrem (Ironic since the splicer is his XD). I'm planning on fusing my Kyrem with someone else later.
This was my favorite Munching Orange playthroughs when I was 11. Now I'm 18 watching him play this game again. Happy to still be tuning into the munch.

Since he played original infinite fusion, I joined the sprite team and have made sprites for this game. Excited to see this new lp and maybe my sprites will show up

I just made my team: Venasaur/Rhyperior - Venperior Magmortar/Nidoking - Magmorking Kingdra/Dodrio - Kingdrio Hyno/Cloyster - Hypster Scizor/Hitmonlee - Scizmonlee And Snorlax/Weezing - Snoring I freaking love them , Venusaur, nidoking, Dodrio, Hypno, and snorlax were all on my og Fire Red team , so I figured I'd use them
Did you do the rival fight on Route 22? Doing so unlocks a secret area on Route 1 that gets you early access to some otherwise rare Pokemon- those being Eevee, Ditto, Tangela and Mime. Jr!

Hey Munch, i have played this game a ton and love the fusions. what i would suggest to you is that you get the sprite updates. some mons look amazing with the custom battlers. Do your research in the calculator as well, as most pokemon are actually stronger with one fusion over another
Fuse vaporeon and aggron later in the play through pls it’s such a cool design if you pick the one I’m hoping you’d pick you won’t be disappointed, I love your videos I remember the first infinite fusion play through back in middle school, I’m in college now I’m sorry for making you feel old but I’m so excited to see how this play through will go
Took some time but I realized as I entered adulthood that the regional translators in America were sly . I know that Jessie and James's names in Japanese are significant but their American names are too,as they are named after a famous American outlaw fitting for team rocket. They aren't the only ones either Butch/Cassidy and Annie/Oakley
