3 bay leaves
1 stick cinnamon (optional)
4 tbsp soy sauce
4 tbsp of calamansi extract or lemon juice
Hot enough
3 tbsp brown sugar
Thai chili pepper, adjust to taste

1 kilogram chicken gizzards
1/2 kilo pork liver, sliced
5 cloves garlic, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 tsp black pepper
5 tbsp soy sauce
3 tbsp oyster sauce
1 can 227g tomato sauce
1 cup Coca-cola
1 cup water
Salt and pepper
Green and red bell pepper
