The best pork shoulder on mushrooms that will amaze you 

Pork roast on mushrooms is a very good dish with lots of sauce. It takes approximately 60 minutes to prepare and I cooked 4 portions. You can serve this great sauce with rice, bread dumplings or chips.
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon lard
2 to 4 onions
pork shoulder 0,6 kg
water
bacon 100 g
pork shoulder 600 g
salt
pepper
mustard 1 teaspoon
cumin 1/3 teaspoon
garlic 3 cloves
red wine 1,5 dl
broth 0,6 l
cook for 35 minutes
rice
mushrooms 250 g
butter
plain flour 3 tablespoons
parsley
