YES!... I recently installed an attic pull down staircase by myself. I looked at them on Amazon, after reading the reviews, both good and bad, I'd be interested in knowing what you think of it after 6-12 months. Hope you don't get much wind there.

Wind is minimal as long as we don’t get a hurricane. I’ll definitely do a follow up video.

That does not look weatherproof. How’s it holding up?

I was a little concerned about that as well but after using my buddies, I figured it was worth it as a temporary shop space. It has held up pretty well so far. No leaks or rips yet but I’m sure that will happen eventually. I have seen thicker replacement covers but haven’t priced them out yet. So far, I do recommend it. It has held up through some good winds as well.

How did you hold it down when it gets windy

It came with stakes for the legs and tie down rope with helical anchors. I plan on doing a follow up video with all the details and a review.

At $399 the 12’x20’ HF one seems to be a much more robust choice…

These tents last about 1.5 years and are a total waste of time and money. The covering is too thin, rips easily, and can't be taped for a repair. Further, they have the wrong shaped roof. The roof should be semi-circular which allows snow at the edges to slide off under its own weight leaving less weight when the snow picks up moisture. My wife and I put up two 30' x 20' tent garages from Covertech Garage by ourselves. We were each 73 years of age. Four years later, I erected a 12' x 35' Covertech, singlely, just to prove that I could do it myself. It's been 9.5 years since the first building without any problems. To secure the ground contacting horizontal poles, inch and a half slots in concrete deck blocks were widened with a cold chisel to accept these pole diameters. These deck blocks were slightly lowered into fitting ground depressions to keep the base of the tents from sliding as well as to level the base. Hoops are further secured from wind-shifting by ground-anchoring bands, manufacture-supplied, over the hoops. A bargain tarp, 60' x 90' was cut into three 20' x 30' pieces. Two were used as floor coverings while the third was fixed at the 8' height with spanner ropes. This stops condensation from dripping on collecter cars in that tent. A number of cheap tarps were pegged to cover the floor of the 12'x 35'. All lower sides of tents were buried in soil for stability and an attempt to dicourage rodents.

Nice work and great ideas, the roof would be a challenge with snow.
