This is the best Raisin Bread I've ever had! It has a great texture and smells WONDERFUL.
8 Raisin Twists:
Dough:
300g Bread flour
4g Yeast
30g Sugar
1 Egg
170g Milk
20g Butter
Filling:
40g Butter
40g Light brown sugar
20g Dry milk
90g Raisins
+ Rum
Note: Before adding the brown sugar to the cream, check for any agglomerates. The light brown sugar I use is very fine. I know that some dark brown sugars have a lot of agglomerates. If so, crush the agglomerates in advance to melt them well.
